What items are eligible for Click and Collect?

Whether you’re looking to treat yourself to a new wool pillow, duvet, mattress topper or even a wool throw we can ensure that your order is delivered into your chosen store.

The only items not eligible for Click and Collect are beds and mattresses.
 

How do I choose Click and Collect?

You can simply select Click and Collect at the checkout process online. You’ll be prompted with a list of our 6 stores (Axminster, Edinburgh, Ipswich, Marlow, Peak District and Stamford) and once you select your chosen store, the delivery address will be automatically populated.
 

How long does Click and Collect take?

Providing the item you’re purchasing is in stock in our warehouse, we offer a next day service on all Click and Collect items when ordered before our 11am cut-off. Orders placed after 11am will still be sent on a next working day service, but despatch may be delayed until the following day.
Please note: We do not deliver on weekends, so orders placed on a Friday won’t arrive until Monday (or Tuesday if after 11am).

Once your order has been received in store, you’ll be contacted directly from a member of the team advising that your item is ready to be collected. Please ensure that you bring along a form of ID or your order reference that will have been emailed to you upon ordering.
 

How long will my item be kept in-store?

There is no rush to collect your order, we’ll keep it in store for up to 14 days. If you have not collected your item within 14 days, we’ll return it back to our warehouse and you’ll be contacted to see if you’d like a refund (note: your refund would be subject to a delivery charge of £4.95).
 

Can I return my items in-store?

We’re more than happy for items to be returned in-store, providing you don’t return a bed or mattress (our stores simply couldn’t cope with the size!).

Due to our internal logistics, a refund/exchange may not be possible at the point of return, but we’ll endeavour to sort ASAP.
