Organic Wool Mattress Pad: Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Please dry clean only using a non-toxic service.
• Washing: Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Storage: Store exclusively in the provided calico bag and avoid vacuum storage to maintain the topper's integrity.
• Freshening: To refresh the topper, we recommend placing it outside for a few hours.
• Maintenance: Shake the topper thoroughly when changing bed sheets to help maintain its shape and comfort.

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our Canadian distribution center in Ottawa, ON on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. This is a free service for all orders over $150 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
