Standen Mattress Mattress: Care Instructions
Letting your mattress settle:
When your mattress arrives remove all packaging to allow the mattress to air. Your mattress may seem shorter than the base its on. Once unpacked, the mattress will gradually settle and return to full size. If you find that the mattress is settling unevenly, turn and rotate the mattress.
Turning and Rotating the mattress:
We recommend turning and rotating your mattress regularly for the first 12 weeks of arriving, after that we would recommend turning it every 3 months.
Cleaning your mattress:
Do not use a vacuum cleaner on your mattress. Use a soft brush to remove any fluff. In case of spillage, spot dry the liquid quickly with a dry cloth.
For all bedding orders we deliver on a next working day service* via DPD Local when ordered before 2pm. We use a tracked DPD Local service for UK deliveries so that your orders will arrive as quickly as possible. For any mattress, bed or headboard order a special two-man service** is used to deliver our beds and mattresses to ensure quality of service. As standard, all beds and mattresses will be delivered to a room of your choice, unpackaged and assembled (where applicable) and all packaging taken away. This is a free service, but a small charge may apply for certain postcode areas. The delivery service offered is to the first floor only. Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors however this will come at an additional cost. For a small additional charge, we can even remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product.
