Shipping
For all bedding orders we deliver on a standard service* via UPS when ordered before 2pm EST. We use a fully tracked service for Canadian deliveries, ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please make sure to provide both your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order or creating an account, so you can receive the latest delivery updates.
For any mattress, bed or headboard order, a specialist two-man service** is used to ensure the highest level of care. As standard, this service includes delivery to a room of your choice (first floor only), unpacking and assembly where applicable, and the removal of all packaging. This is provided free of charge, though a small delivery surcharge may apply to certain remote areas.
Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors at an extra cost. For a small additional charge, we can also remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product at the time of delivery.
