For all bedding orders we deliver on a standard service* via UPS when ordered before 2pm EST. We use a fully tracked service for Canadian deliveries, ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible. For any mattress, bed or headboard order, a specialist two-man service** is used to ensure the highest level of care. As standard, this service includes delivery to a room of your choice (first floor only), unpacking and assembly where applicable, and the removal of all packaging. This is provided free of charge, though a small delivery surcharge may apply to certain remote areas.

Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors at an extra cost. For a small additional charge, we can also remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product at the time of delivery.
