Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

I am extremely happy with my throw. I saw this one as well as the Harland Shetland Wool Throw in Heather on the website and I could not decide which one I liked better so I ordered them both. I really did not intend to keep two of them but, wouldn't you know, when they arrived I liked them both a lot so I decided to keep both of them! I have noticed that some of the fibres will rub off on dark clothing but I expect this is just because they are brand new. Being 100% wool, they have some texture but they are soft. Extremely happy!

1st of all beautiful. I love it!!! Lol!!! My dobie has decided it is hers to my surprise. She will end up laying on it somehow.
