    Need help assembling newly purchased items? We have partnered with LoadUp, who are your full service, white-glove assembly partner assisting in installing your new mattress to your room of choice.

    As a home installation service, you can select a convenient date and time for your Loaders to come to you that works around your schedule v as soon as the next day! On the morning of your scheduled date, you will receive a phone call to confirm their visit and be notified when they're en-route so you can plan out your day.

    As soon as your mattress installation team is on their way, they will send you a live link that tracks their exact arrival time so you can relax and stay in the loop. Once your team arrives, they'll take the mattress up to your room of choice then you can leave reading the instructions and setting up your new Woolroom mattress to the experts.

    Please note - your order will be delivered by FedEx first and then Load Up will arrive separately to install your new mattress.

    For all bedding orders we deliver on a standard service* via UPS when ordered before 2pm EST. We use a fully tracked service for Canadian deliveries, ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please make sure to provide both your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order or creating an account, so you can receive the latest delivery updates.

    For any mattress, bed or headboard order, a specialist two-man service** is used to ensure the highest level of care. As standard, this service includes delivery to a room of your choice (first floor only), unpacking and assembly where applicable, and the removal of all packaging. This is provided free of charge, though a small delivery surcharge may apply to certain remote areas.

    Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors at an extra cost. For a small additional charge, we can also remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product at the time of delivery.
