Superior Temperature Regulation

Our duvets offer remarkable temperature-regulating properties. Hand-crafted from traceable, British wool fibres, this duvet effortlessly adjusts to your body's temperature, keeping you cosy in winter and cool in summer.

Wool's innate breathability allows for optimal airflow, preventing overheating during warmer nights while providing insulation in colder seasons. Its moisture-transporting abilities ensure a dry sleeping environment, promoting a refreshing and restorative rest each night.

Organic Traceable British Wool

At Woolroom, we know exactly where the organic wool in our organic bedding comes from. We work hard to source the highest quality organic wool from around the United Kingdom, including Robert Hyde's farm in Dorset, England. We carry out the most stringent checks to ensure the highest welfare of the sheep and pay a premium to farmer for their raising their sheep through organic farming methods in line with strict third party requirements and certifications.

Our Wool ID® Programme ensures transparency throughout the entire supply chain allowing you know exactly where the organic wool in your bedding has come from.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce completely machine washable wool duvet without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable organic wool duvet.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We use a combination of natural minerals, water and oxygen to allow the wool fibres to flex when washing. As the wool fibres flex this removes any opportunity for the fibres to catch. This prevents shrinkage or felting when the items are machine washed
