Care Instructions
Cleaning: Please dry clean only using a non-toxic service.
Washing: Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Storage: Store exclusively in the provided calico bag and avoid vacuum storage to maintain the topper's integrity.
Freshening: To refresh the topper, we recommend placing it outside for a few hours.
Maintenance: Shake the topper thoroughly when changing bed sheets to help maintain its shape and comfort.
Shipping

For all bedding orders we deliver on a next working day service* via DPD Local when ordered before 2pm. We use a tracked DPD Local service for UK deliveries so that your orders will arrive as quickly as possible. When placing your order or creating an account your mobile phone number and email should be supplied so we can keep you updated with your latest delivery information.

For any mattress, bed or headboard order a special two-man service** is used to deliver our beds and mattresses to ensure quality of service. As standard, all beds and mattresses will be delivered to a room of your choice, unpackaged and assembled (where applicable) and all packaging taken away. This is a free service, but a small charge may apply for certain postcode areas. The delivery service offered is to the first floor only. Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors however this will come at an additional cost. For a small additional charge, we can even remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product.

Deluxe Wool Mattress Topper- FAQs

We believe that a natural sleep environment is the key to a healthy night's sleep. That's why we keep all our bedding free from nasty chemicals. During the manufacturing process, our wool is washed with a chlorine solution to smooth out the fibres. This prevents felting and helps to enhance its heat regulating properties. The solution is then double washed out of our wool — at the end of this process the amount of chlorine in the product is less than you would find in a glass of tap water.
