Deluxe Washable 3-in-1 Wool Duvet - All Season

It is an amazing duvet. It is my first dealing with the wool one. Great for my son. I pair it together with a pillow and organic duvet cover set. I’m really pleased. It has been only a few days I and I can see diference in sleep. Thank you

I bought the deluxe 3 in 1 all season wool duvet. It arrived a bit late as I believe they were moving warehouse and unfortunately they didn’t send me an update email they said I should have been sent. That said after a bit of a delay the delivery was great and I have used the thin duvet and we are really happy with how comfortable this is. We have used other woolroom products and they are great quality. We would recommend this product as it gives us a great flexibility through the different seasons.

Excellent quality and customer service. A quick delivery as well, we have now purchased the mattress topper and a pillow. Definitely recommend if your fed up with feather quills sticking in you and your duvet plumpness migrating to the bottom of the bed.

Very well made duvets and beautifully presented in their own storage bag. So far I have used only the light weight duvet and have slept well. I feel confident that when I use both duvets on the colder nights I will sleep well.

I bought one king size duvet then promptly bought four more. These are the most comfortable duvets I have ever tried. These all season option is so flexible and they air beautifully in the garden.

Huge improvement over my old goose-down duvet in the hot weather. So breathable in comparison, I hardly sweat at night anymore and sleep much better.

I chose Devon Duvets because of their reputation for producing high-quality British wool bedding and excellent customer service. I purchased the Lightweight British Wool Duvet during a promotion for £160, which is still a significant amount of money to spend on a duvet.

Unfortunately, despite choosing their lightest option, I found it too warm for me after using it on just two nights. I fully accept that this was due to my personal comfort preferences and not because the duvet was faulty. The duvet itself appears to be beautifully made.

I contacted Devon Duvets to explain the situation and asked whether they would consider a goodwill gesture, such as an exchange, store credit or partial refund. They reviewed my request twice and ultimately declined, explaining that their policy prevents them from accepting any bedding that has been used, even briefly.

While I respect that every company has to have policies, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility or goodwill shown in the circumstances. Spending £160 on a product that I cannot use is a considerable loss, and I had hoped that a company with such a strong reputation for customer care might have been able to offer some alternative solution.

I cannot fault the quality of the duvet, but I was disappointed by the outcome and the lack of flexibility in resolving what was a genuine issue for a customer. Potential buyers should be aware that, once you have slept under the duvet, even for a single night to determine whether it suits you, there is effectively no option to return or exchange it if it proves unsuitable.

I was unsure about a wool duvet as I have had a feather duvet for many years but I can confirm that I am delighted with it. It really does help regulate body temperature and I love it. Would highly recommend!

Our quilt arrived on time and on the agreed date. We are only using the summer weight at the moment, it’s warm at night in Scotland as well!! The quilt is very comfortable.

Excellent product. Even in this heatwave feel very comfortable with the thinner duvet. Nicely packaged. There was a problem with the delivery, but this was sorted out very promptly. Would highly recommend. Bought it when it was reduced in price.

We are very new to our wool duvet and it arrived in the height of the heatwave. However, we really love the summer weight one and find it copes with the heat very well. We need to go a full 4 seasons before we can properly comment but are very happy a couple of weeks in.
