For all bedding orders we deliver on a standard service* via UPS when ordered before 2pm EST. We use a fully tracked service for Canadian deliveries, ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please make sure to provide both your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order or creating an account, so you can receive the latest delivery updates.
For any mattress, bed or headboard order, a specialist two-man service** is used to ensure the highest level of care. As standard, this service includes delivery to a room of your choice (first floor only), unpacking and assembly where applicable, and the removal of all packaging. This is provided free of charge, though a small delivery surcharge may apply to certain remote areas.
Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors at an extra cost. For a small additional charge, we can also remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product at the time of delivery.

Classic Wool Comforter - Medium - FAQs

Our Classic range of wool comforters is not washable simply because in order to create a washable product, there is more cost involved. In order to be machine washable, wool goes through a treatment process that enables it to retain its shape and properties once washed. This is a multi-step process that is free from any chemical or synthetic additives. Making it an extensive but worthwhile benefit for our customers wanting ease of use and washability at home which is why we offer it at a higher price point for our Deluxe Washable and Organic Washable ranges only.

You can, but you don't have to! Our wool comforters are essentially duvet inserts. They can be enjoyed with or without a cover. Covers add style, color, and help extend the length of time you can go between washes. All of the cotton on our products is extremely soft and kind to the skin so if you decide not to use a cover, you'll still be comfortable and won't be in direct contact with the wool inside.

I purchased the Medium Queen size. When it arrived and I hung it outside to air out a little I was a bit worried about how thin it was, but it fluffed up significantly over the next hour or so. I was cutting it close based on the recommend temperatures as my room routinely gets colder than recommended during the winter (now) but I needn't have worried. This is plenty warm enough, sometimes I have to pull it down a little because I'm getting too warm! Handily replaced an old down duvee, a cotton quilt, and a wool army blanket that was my previous layered system for keeping warm. Wonderful blanket.

Our duvet is beautiful quality and weight. Although, a little warm for our current temps in late Fall (Ontario). The duvet covers fit perfectly, no need to ties as the duvet doesn't slide around at all inside. The look is neat and tidy and the linen is crisp looking and soft.
