We use a fully tracked service for Canadian deliveries, ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please make sure to provide both your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order or creating an account, so you can receive the latest delivery updates.
For any mattress, bed or headboard order, a specialist two-man service** is used to ensure the highest level of care. As standard, this service includes delivery to a room of your choice (first floor only), unpacking and assembly where applicable, and the removal of all packaging. This is provided free of charge, though a small delivery surcharge may apply to certain remote areas.
Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors at an extra cost. For a small additional charge, we can also remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product at the time of delivery.

Using the very latest coil technology the mattress offers an exceptional level of support that memory foam or latex cannot match whilst offering improved breathability.

Unlike many other mattresses, our mattress collection is free of foams, synthetics, glues/adhesives, petrochemicals and chemical flame retardants. Every component of the mattress is recyclable, breathable, eco-friendly and ethically sourced to provide the ultimate comfort to you and sustainability for our planet.

Naturally Flame Retardant - No Chemicals Used

Most mattresses will use an Flame Retardant (FR) sock or barrier (which is synthetic) or FR chemicals to meet the local laws on flammability. The Luxury Wooly has incorporated knowledge learnt from nearly 40 years of strict legal requirements in the UK on flammability and uses the natural flame retardancy of wool (high nitrogen content stops it burning) in the surface fillings and the cover to meet all domestic FR requirements (CFR 1632 and CFR 1633) naturally.

Our mattresses are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified meaning they are free from harmful chemicals and suitable for use with young children.

We always recommend finding a foundation for your wool mattress. A mattress will contour to the foundation, so it's important to choose the right one to avoid sagging or over-firming. A wooden or metal slatted base will firm a mattress significantly, so it’s always best to look for a spring option if possible. It’s also recommended that the gap between the slats is no more than 4 inches wide to ensure maximum performance of the mattress.

Expertly handcrafted by fourth generation mattress makers in South Carolina, our all-natural wool mattress range mixes the best of British design and materials (including traceable British wool) with the expertise of local craftsmanship from the USA.

Actually, it's the opposite. Contrary to what you may think, wool actually is breathable, moisture wicking, and temperature regulating. So, instead of making you hot (and itchy and clammy), wool naturally keeps you much cooler. This makes a wool mattress the best choice for night sweats sufferers, hot sleepers, and warm nights.
