All Woolroom comforter covers (both Arinta and Mariana) are laser cut to size and do not need corner ties. That means they're made to fit our bedding perfectly and hold in place incredibly well night-after-night.

What are the differences between Mariana & Arinta bed sheets?

Our Mariana bed sheets are a blend of 50% flax and 50% organic cotton. This makes them naturally more breathable and lighter weight. Whereas our Arinta bed sheets are 100% organic cotton for that crisp cool sleeping experience.

Should I use a duvet cover with my comforter?

We always recommend using a duvet or comforter cover with your insert in order to extend life between washes. Not only does it keep your comforter clean, it also reduces the amount of times you wash the comforter directly. Plus our bed sheets come in a range of warm and cool tone colors for any aesthetic.

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. I bought this linen comforter cover to replace a flannel cover I had at home and the difference is huge! This linen is soft and beautiful on my bed and best of all, helps me sleep comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put this cover on my Woolroom comforter--it does not shift at all despite not having any ties. I am so pleased with both the comforter and cover--it has simplified my bedding and bed making as well as made my bed more comfortable. Highly recommend.

I purchased your Mariana Linen Blend Comforter Cover along with the Deluxe Washable Wool Comforter about 3 months ago. Part of the reason I decided to purchase from Woolroom was because of the duvet cover loops on the blanket. I didn’t find out until after the 2 week return period for the comforter cover that the cover doesn’t have ties for the loops. I was trying out the comforter and didn’t want to open the cover package because then it wouldn’t be eligible for return. Personally I think the comforters and covers should have the same return policy, especially if they’re purchased together.

Overall, I’m very disappointed in the cover. It was extremely pricey, and I would expect ties on a cover that was made for their comforters which come with loops. I like the comforter, but it has been shifting horribly inside the cover, turning the overall experience from positive to very negative. There should be a prominent disclaimer that the cover does not come with ties.

I waited over a month for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I discovered that the "Pebble" color — which is pictured as a light beige/off-white/grey — is actually a darker gray in person. The color is completely different from what was advertised.

I purchased the duvet on sale, and customer service refused to let me exchange it for the exact same product in a different color. I should have listened to the other reviewer who mentioned that the colors were inaccurate and that customer service was unhelpful.

Overall, I'm very disappointed. Between the misleading product photos and the lack of flexibility from customer service, this was not the experience I expected. It's a shame.

The buttermilk color duvet I recieved is just white, it had no color to it. I reached out to customer support and they gave me an excuse (it' was originally called ivory but it was too warm?) It didn't make sense or matter since the color in the photo is entirely different than the product I received. They dismissed me entirely. I guess I'm stuck with what I have, but I'll never order from here again. Part of having a premium product should be customer service that handles product mistakes appropriately, and Woolroom really missed the mark on this one. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
