    At Woolroom, we’re committed to crafting naturally beautiful, long-lasting products that help you sleep better, live better, and tread lighter on the planet. Every item we sell is made with care, and we stand by that quality.

    This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Commencement Date”) on all Woolroom products not covered by a specific category warranty (such as mattresses, filled bedding, or beds & headboards).

    This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.

    This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

    This Limited Warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g. faulty stitching, seams, zips, buttons, or other fixings).
    • Material faults that prevent normal use of the product under ordinary domestic conditions.
    • Structural issues or premature failures that occur despite proper care and usage.

    If a defect is found within the warranty period, Woolroom will, at its discretion:

    • Repair the product, or
    • Replace it with the same or a comparable product of equal value at no charge.

    If the exact item is no longer available, a comparable alternative will be offered..

    WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, including natural ageing or softening of materials over time.
    • Changes in appearance or texture through ordinary use.
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
    • Stains, odours, or soiling caused by accidents, spills, or improper storage.
    • Shrinkage, fading, or discolouration caused by washing or sunlight exposure.
    • Damage from environmental factors, such as damp, mould, or pests.
    • Products used in commercial environments, including hotels, rentals, or guest
      accommodation.
    • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance or function.

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot inspect or accept returns of soiled or contaminated products.

    CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT

    To maintain your Woolroom product and ensure your warranty remains valid:

    1. Follow all care instructions provided on the product label.
    2. Keep your product clean and dry, and air regularly where applicable.
    3. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
    4. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area when not in use.

    Failure to follow the product care instructions may void your warranty.

    MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

    If you believe your Woolroom bedding has developed a fault within the warranty period:

    Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall Woolroom be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential loss, including loss of comfort or inconvenience.

    Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

    At Woolroom, we take great care in crafting natural, long-lasting bedding designed to deliver a cleaner, healthier night’s sleep. We stand by the quality of our duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, and protectors, and offer this Limited Warranty to give you complete peace of mind.

    This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use and proper care, from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Commencement Date”), for the following periods

    • Faults that cause the product to lose structural integrity or function under normal domestic conditions.
    • For the Woolly Mattress Topper, premature loss of loft or compression beyond 2.5cm (1 inch) not associated with misuse or incorrect support.

     

    If a defect is found during the warranty period, Woolroom will, at its discretion:

    • Repair the product, or
    • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model at no charge.

     

    If the exact product is no longer available, we reserve the right to provide the closest available alternative of equal value.

    WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

    This Limited Warranty does not cover

    • Normal wear and tear, including natural flattening of fillings, clumping, or loss of loft over time.
    • Changes in comfort preference or firmness. - Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect care, including washing or drying at temperatures outside the product care instructions.
    • Stains, odours, or soiling caused by accidents, spills, or inadequate care. Shrinkage or colour change due to improper washing or the use of unsuitable detergents.
    • Damage from environmental conditions, such as damp, mould, or infestation.
    • Products used in commercial settings, including hotels, rental properties, or guest accommodation.
    • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance (e.g. small fabric irregularities or thread variations).

     

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot inspect or accept returns of soiled or unclean bedding items.

    CARING FOR YOUR FILLED BEDDING

    To ensure the longevity and performance of your Woolroom bedding

    1. Follow the care instructions provided on each product label.
    2. Air regularly to maintain freshness and loft.
    3. Use a duvet or pillow cover to protect from soiling.
    4. Avoid overwashing – where washable, use a gentle cycle with wool-safe detergent and airmdry thoroughly.
    5. Store in a cool, dry place and never in plastic or damp environments.

     

    Failure to follow care instructions may void your warranty.

    At Woolroom, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and natural quality of every mattress we produce. We want you to sleep soundly knowing your purchase is protected.

    This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials and workmanship on Woolroom mattresses, under normal domestic use and proper handling, for the following periods from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Commencement Date”):

    If a defect is found within the warranty period, Woolroom will, at its discretion:

    • Repair the product, or
    • Replace it with the same or a comparable product of equal value at no charge.

     

    If the exact product is no longer available, we reserve the right to supply a comparable model of equal value.

    WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, including natural softening or settlement of fillings within 2.5cm (1 inch).
    • Changes in comfort or firmness preference over time.
    • Soiling, stains, or unsanitary conditions, including odours, mould, or dampness caused by misuse or inadequate ventilation.
    • Damage resulting from misuse, including bending, rolling, or jumping on the mattress.
    • Damage caused by incorrect support, such as an unsuitable bed frame, slats spaced more than 7.5cm (3") apart, or inadequate centre support for larger sizes.
    • Improper storage, including damp environments or exposure to direct moisture.
    • Mattresses used for commercial purposes, such as in hotels, rental properties, or guest houses.
    • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the performance of the product (e.g. uneven stitching, minor fabric variations).

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot inspect or accept returns of soiled or contaminated products.

    CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT

    To maintain your Woolroom product and ensure your warranty remains valid:

    1. Always use a suitable base or frame. A slatted base should have slats no more than 7.5cm apart and a solid centre rail for double, king, and super king sizes.
    2. Rotate your mattress regularly (every 2–3 months) unless otherwise stated on the product care label.
    3. Keep your mattress well ventilated and use a breathable, washable mattress protector to prevent soiling.
    4. Avoid bending or rolling your mattress during moving or storage

    Failure to follow the product care instructions may void your warranty.
