I absolutely love this bedding, bought as a set with the duvet cover and pillowcases. It feels lovely to lie on, I’ve tried lots of bedding over the years, and the quality of this material puts them all to shame. It has been made to an exceptional standard, the seams and joins are perfect. It fits really well over my mattress, which is 30 cm deep, and doesn’t move after a night’s sleep. Very good value for money, washes well too. Fits perfectly over my Woolroom mattress protector, I’m saving up for a mattress now!

Terrible service. I ordered 2 sheets in May and only received 1. I've had to chase customer services multiple times. It was supposed to have been delivered last week (which it wasn't) and so I'm still waiting for it 3 months later.

We are genuinely very sorry for the experience you have had with your order. Waiting three months for an item you purchased, having received only one of the two sheets originally ordered, is understandably extremely frustrating.

We sincerely apologise that you have had to contact our customer service team multiple times to chase the missing sheet, and that the replacement delivery promised for last week did not arrive as expected. You should not have been left having to repeatedly follow up to receive an item you had already paid for.

Good quality sheet a bit pricey

Very happy with the product and worth the wait . It was out of stock when I ordered so I knew and understood there would be a delay. It did however take much longer to arrive than the anticipated 4/5 days and ended up being three weeks. What would have helped is to have had a more realistic estimate of delivery time or an update by E mail instead of which I phoned up for updates. The staff I spoke to were reassuring and pleasant.

It’s a nice sheet.
You can buy similar from the line cupboard and you won’t have the awful experience of working with this company’s “customer service”. How they hire is beyond me.
