Our Extra Wool for Organic Pillows are the perfect addition to your Organic Washable Wool Pillows to add some firmness. Simply un-zip your pillows and add in the extra wool to create a fuller, firmer feel. Add as much or as little as you want until you find the perfect feel for you.

Everybody requires something a little different from their pillow, most people find that the amount of wool in our Organic Washable Wool Pillow is just perfect, but if you need additional support and don't want to add an extra pillow, this is the perfect way to customise your pillow.

Unpack and assemble your items where required
Remove all packaging for recycling
Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.
Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.
For a small extra fee, we can also remove and responsibly recycle your old like-for-like item.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce a completely machine washable wool pillow without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable wool pillow.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

Quite a disappointing purchase due to the quantity provided. I have previously bought both the king size and standard size pillows from the wool room and the king sizes were considerably fuller including accounting for the extra size. I purchased the extra wool bag somewhat begrudgingly to top up the standard sized pillows and a pitifully sized bag arrived. The quality provided is fine, but the quantity is somewhat outrageous. Would not recommend.
