Global organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Certified

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well.

Woolroom’s farms, processing and production facilities ensure that our Organic Washable Bedding and Arinta Organic Cotton Bed Linen Collections are all GOTS certified

Superior Temperature Regulation

Woolroom duvets offer unrivalled temperature-regulating properties through the amazing attributes of wool. Hand-crafted from traceable, British wool fibre and soft organic cotton this duvet effortlessly adjusts to your little one's body's temperature, keeping them cosy in winter and cool in summer.

As young children are unable to regulate their temperature as effectively as adults, it is vital to ""cocoon"" your child in wool by combining the duvet with our pillows and mattress protectors (for over the age of 12 months). Woolroom kids bedding will work with your child's body temperature and keep them at the perfect temperature throughout the night.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce completely machine washable wool without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating truly machine washable wool bedding.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

Traceable Organic British wool

Like all our bedding, the wool in this mattress protector is fully traceable back to its source of origin. The Organic Washable collection features wool from the finest UK farms, all of which adhere to the strictest organic protocols.

Each product will be supplied with a QR code, allowing you to see which farms, and sheep, contributed to your great night's sleep!
