    • Outer Cover: A naturally fire-retardant merino/viscose sleep surface, quilted with an additional 200gsm of Wool ID® traceable British wool for extra softness and breathability.
    • Base Fabric: Made using Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton, supporting more sustainable farming practices and improved environmental and ethical standards throughout the cotton supply chain. This cotton base is naturally fire retardant without the need for chemical treatments.
    • Chemicals: None. Wool is naturally fire resistant, so no chemical sprays or additives are required.

  • Care Instructions

     

    To keep your Woolly topper fresh, simply spot clean with a damp cloth and a little wool detergent when needed.

    There’s no need to machine wash or dry clean, this can damage the natural fibres. A gentle surface clean is all it requires.

    Most bedding products are delivered next working day via DPD Local when ordered before 2pm.*

    You’ll receive full tracking updates by text and email so you always know when to expect your parcel.

    The Woolly Topper is delivered by our specialist carrier within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability.We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

    Mattresses, Beds & Headboards

    Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**

    As part of this free service, our team will:

    • Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
    • Unpack and assemble your items where required
    • Remove all packaging for recycling

    Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.

    For a small extra fee, we can also remove and responsibly recycle your old like-for-like item.
