    To keep your Woolly topper fresh, simply spot clean with a damp cloth and a little wool detergent when needed.

    There’s no need to machine wash or dry clean, this can damage the natural fibres. A gentle surface clean is all it requires.

    • Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
    • Unpack and assemble your items where required
    • Remove all packaging for recycling

Excellent Topper. Best Yet.

This topper has greatly improved my sleep quality. I needed a more adaptable wool topper to align with my back. I think, due to the micro coils and layered padding, this has greatly reduced my discomfort. This topper has added stability to a soft edged mattress (not a woolroom mattress). A little heavy but I rotate it weekly. There’s a lovely calico underside that stops it slipping off the mattress. I love it and glad I bought it. It’s substantial and works for me and is the best topper I’ve ever had. Thank you Woolroom.

Underwhelming

For the price we would have expected this to be top notch quality and on par with other mattress offerings (so called mattress-in-the-box). Unfortunately, this product is underwhelming. You can feel the coils, coils compress heavily and after 2 months my side is 1-2cm lower than my partner's. It also didn't do much for temperature regulation (we also have woolroom pillows, mattress protector and duvet which we do like) vs regular hybrid foam-coil mattress we had previously. Overall you pay 500 quid for high quality natural materials and average functionality. This specific product I wouldn't recommend, simply buy a new mattress for maybe slightly more.

Underwhelming

This mattress topper looked so promising. I like natural materials that haven’t been chemically treated and my husband likes breathable materials that don’t make him uncomfortably hot. On both of these fronts it’s achieves everything we hoped for. The quality is very good. There is nothing wrong with it. Delivery was well organised and customer service was very good. Unfortunately the extra comfort this provided to our bed was rather underwhelming. Maybe our expectations were too high, but we can’t really tell much difference! In addition, the coil springs that we hoped would prevent compression of the topper, and therefore help retain its shape, certainly haven’t. The bump in between where my husband and I sleep appeared within the first week and is significant. Not that it causes any problem for us but it’s worth mentioning. Overall we are not unhappy with the product but we don’t feel it has significantly improved the comfort.

Just The Best Topper I'Ve Had

As 'that' princess and the pea with a bad back and neck I've spent a fortune on mattresses toppers and pillows including The Wool Room products. I was reasonably happy with the regular wool topper but then had a back recurrence and wanted to be more comfortable so ordered the woolly sprung topper. After an initial blip in the first week with a dip in the middle I contacted customer service who advised that I rotate the topper every week which I have done. Am delighted that with this regime the topper has now 'settled' and it's true, this IS the most comfortable topper ever. I love getting into bed. It's complete luxury and warm and toasty and as promised, not hot. Perfection.

Very Comfortable

When it arrived it was clear it is a quality, well made topper. It took us a few days to get used to it and it has 'settled' where we lie on it, but that is to be expected. I give it a shake when I change the bedding and that helps.It is very comfortable and has made a big difference to our new, too firm, mattress.

Sleep Improves And Warm & Cozy

I bought this topper for two reasons, I kept waking up with aches and pains and put it down to age and as our bedroom gets really cold at night. Having bought both the topper and the mattress I know wake up with no aches and without feeling cold through the night! I don’t know how this topper will be in the summer, only time will tell but it’s been a godsend ;)

Shame There Are No Care Instructions For Such A Lovely Product

the topper is so lush combined with the mattress protector. Has made such an improvement to the hard mattress underneath . However considering the cost & the luxury aspect I would have expected a leaflet or something to explain how to care for the items (neither had any!)

Wonderful Woolly Mattress Topper

I’ve had this topper for a few weeks now, to give it a good test and I love it! The delivery was poor. Delivery firm cancelled on the morning it was due, without giving a reason and then didn’t contact me to re arrange. I had to ring Woolroom and arrange another date through them Had to wait another week! However, having had time to get over this bad service, I am thrilled with the mattress topper. The price is steep, even on offer, but the quality is superb. It was even better than I expected and my quality of sleep has definitely improved ….. as shown on my Fitbit watch. I can absolutely recommend this topper to improve the comfort of a firm bed and feel that it’s been a worthwhile investment.

This lovely topper converted our slightly brutal sofa bed to a lovely bed as good as our sons usual. Slightly heavy to move around and a little bulky to store but we just keep it on the double bed between visitors for extra princess and the pea vibes
