Snuggly, lofty and VERY cosy this wool throw or blanket is perfect for the sofa or as extra warmth on your bed. We sell them for jazzing up winter chalets or to students going to university - they are the perfect gift! Beige on one side and white on the other, this reversible curly lamb wool blanket is perfect for young and old alike.

This blanket has all the benefits of wool - soft and cuddly, it keeps you warm in winter so you can keep the thermostat down. It is also SAFE - wool is naturally flame retardant unlike synthetics and naturally hypo-allergenic - perfect for people with asthma, breathing problems or allergies.

How to wash a wool blanket
Did you know wool is naturally breathable? This means your woollen blanket will release any moisture it might absorb. So, you won't need to wash it as frequently as you would other household textiles - it'll last longer too! However, if your blanket does need freshening up from time to time, you can simply leave it hung outdoors for a few hours on a nice day.

If you need to clean your blanket because of small spills, marks and the like, you can spot-clean it with a light detergent. However, for anything bigger, we recommend dry cleaning - this will keep it at its very best. Our wool blankets are not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying.
Can you wash a wool throw?
Yes, but our wool throws and bed throws should be cleaned by a professional dry cleaner only. With wool being the wonder material it is, you shouldn't need to wash it very often - a good shake, brush or a couple of hours hanging in the great outdoors will freshen it up.

Gorgeous Pattern And So Warm

A really lovely blanket, the design is beautiful and the finish is really soft, lovely and warm but breathable so not stifling! The blanket did smell of sheep to start with (as expected!!) but this soon dissipated.

Pretty And Practical

I bought two of these blankets to provide a bit of extra warmth if needed for the guest beds in our spare room. The reversible design also provided a fun touch and welcome splash of colour and was the source of nice compliments when our friends stopped over. I've since made use of the blankets myself, and have been pleasantly surprised by the extra warmth, but no scratchiness which some blankets seem to feel especially when you've got sensitive skin.

The product is great - made my wife very happy and her words were 'it oozes class'. Practical Comfort In A Beautiful Product.

This is the second blanket of this type I have bought, one for the car and now one for the house. Wool wash and looks as new. Provides a soft woolley cuddle when you need it!

Beautiful Blanket!

This wool blanket is gorgeous, really soft (not itchy), excellent quality, the wool feels thick and keeps me much warmer than my fleece blanket did. And the colours and lamb design are gorgeous too (I got the beige lamb design). I love it and so glad I finally purchased it.
