How long will my duvet last?

With proper care, a wool duvet can last many years - much longer than synthetic alternatives or feather and down. Wool naturally resists dust mites and odours, and has the ability to absorb moisture at night and then release it throughout the day keeping your duvet fresher for longer.

Does this duvet come with a sleep trial?

Yes like all filled bedding, this duvet comes with a 30 Night Sleep Trial. If you don't find you're sleeping markedly better, you can return for a refund or exchange.

Do Woolroom duvets help with night sweats or menopause symptoms?

Absolutely. Wool naturally wicks away moisture (technically it transports moisture) and balances body temperature - making it an excellent choice for those who experience overheating or night sweats.

Can I wash my wool duvet?

That depends on the collection. Our Washable duvets (Deluxe and Organic Washable collections) can be machine washed on a wool or delicate cycle, while our Classic duvets are dry clean only. Always check the care label before washing.

Our Classic duvets retain all the benefits of wool at an affordable price point. Filled with 100% traceable British wool and encased in a 200 thread count cotton cover for extra comfort, these duvets are made from 100% natural fibres. All of our duvets are naturally hypoallergenic and temperature regulating to help you get better sleep naturally.

A great value 100% natural and hypoallergenic wool duvet, hand-crafted from traceable (back to the farm) British wool. A really good duvet for cold sleepers and use in the winter months, delivering 25% deeper, more regenerative sleep.

The Classic medium duvet is approximately 7-10 tog.

Our standard 30 Night Sleep Trial is upgraded to a 60-night Bangor of a Sleep Guarantee for orders placed between 29th January and 1st October, giving you the opportunity to experience the benefits of wool sleep for longer at home. Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**
As part of this free service, our team will:
Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
Unpack and assemble your items where required
Remove all packaging for recycling
Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.
Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.

Classic Wool Duvet - Medium - FAQs

Wool has an unrivalled ability to regulate to your fluctuating body temperature keeing you cool when it's hot, and warm when it's not. That being said, as amazing as wool is, it does have a finite capability, and therefore we offer them in 4 different weights. If you find that you sleep hot, you may be happier with a light weight, and if you sleep cold, then the warm may be better suited. The medium weight is great for most, but the safest bet for year round use would be the All Season 3-in-1 which is made up of a light and medium weight duvets that can be poppered together to create a warm (the all season is only available in Deluxe and Organic collections).

I love my wool medium weight duvet super king size. It feels the right weight and nice and comfortable. The best part is that it really does help regulate your body temp. With my old goose feather, if I got hot, I'd have to take the duvet off. But with the wool one, it works well. Thank you. Great purchase and investment for my sleep wellness.
