A generous layer of Wool ID® traceable British wool sits proudly at the heart of this mattress. Sourced from farms that champion responsible animal care and regenerative land practices, this wool doesn’t just provide provenance - it provides performance. It naturally regulates temperature, transfers moisture away from the body, and creates an environment where comfort comes easily, season after season.

Crafted with 3 rows of side-stitching, it’s completely free from synthetic foams, glues, or chemical fire retardants. The Beulah delivers clean, natural comfort with no off-gassing and no surprises. We fill the Beulah mattress with a carefully selected blend of British wool and 1000 individually pocketed springs for an exceptional level of support.The Beulah uses only the most natural materials which is how we can achieve a completely chemical free product. The outer fabric (ticking) on all Woolroom mattresses is developed using a blend of merino wool, which allows us to achieve British standards for flammability without the use of any unpleasant chemicals. The Beulah is an exceptional value for money product that is one of the healthiest, most natural mattresses available on the market at an affordable price point whilst also being incredibly comfortable and supportive.

Care Instructions

Letting your mattress settle:

When your mattress arrives remove all packaging to allow the mattress to air. Your mattress may seem shorter than the base its on. Once unpacked, the mattress will gradually settle and return to full size. If you find that the mattress is settling unevenly, turn and rotate the mattress.

Turning and Rotating the mattress:

THIS MATTRESS IS A NO TURN MATTRESS however we recommend rotating your mattress regularly for the first 12 weeks, after that we would recommend rotating it every 3 months.

Cleaning your mattress:

Do not use a vacuum cleaner on your mattress. Use a soft brush to remove any fluff. In case of spillage, spot dry the liquid quickly with a dry cloth.

Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.

At Woolroom, sustainability runs through everything we do, including what happens to your old mattress. 100% of returned mattresses are kept out of landfill, so the materials can be reused.

How our mattress recycling works

Careful collection and dismantling: When your old mattress comes back to us, our delivery partners collect it and take it to a specialist recycling centre. Each mattress is handled carefully and prepared so the materials can be recovered.
Cleaned, checked and sorted: Every mattress is checked, then taken apart by hand into separate parts. Each material is cleaned, sorted and processed so it can be reused wherever possible.
Given a second life: Every week, over 16,000 mattresses are recycled in this way. Usable materials like springs, foam and fibres are given a second life and turned into new products in other industries.
