Most bedding and smaller items are delivered next working day via DPD Local when ordered before 2pm.*

You’ll receive full tracking updates by text and email, so you’ll always know exactly when to expect your delivery.*

Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

Woolly Mattress Topper

The Woolly Topper is delivered by our specialist carrier within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Mattresses, Beds & Headboards

Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**

As part of this free service, our team will:

• Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
• Unpack and assemble your items where required
• Remove all packaging for recycling

Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.

Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.

For a small extra fee, we can also remove and responsibly recycle your old like-for-like item.
