Material is very thin and see through which was a surprise given the price. I've owned it less than a year and the seam below the zipper has ripped (and I don't even yakenit off to wash it weekly). Difficult to put the pillow inside. Case needs to be a bit bigger to allow more flexibility. I don't even have additional wool filling in my pillow, just the default amount.
love this pillow, but it is ripped in the middle of the V and the only replacement is a pillow case. would love to be able to order just the quilted covering replacement

The pillow was neither soft nor large enough. The actual pillow did not fit comfortably into the case.
Terrible company!! They say they take returns, but don’t you dare take the product out of the packaging to look at it and feel it. They will not let you return it!!!!! I didn’t use it or wash it! I will NEVER order from them again!!!
So far so good but you should offer a bit of a break on a second pillow case as its realistic to have two

I bought this because I am immune comprised and cotton is a heavily pesticide crop, so I only buy and use organic cotton. I love this with my V-pillow, that I absolutely love. The only downside is that it fits quite tight and the first timeI put it on my V pillow it was so tight the seam ripped near the zipper. Since I don't have a sewing machine I can't fix it. So for the rest of the life of the pillowcase I am afraid that when I wash it and put it back on the pillow the rip is going to continue to tear.

I love the softness of this case, took off a star bc the zipper is kind of a pain with the shape of the pillow.

The quality of this case is nice and it seems well made. My issue is that when you put it on the V-shaped pillow, it is very tight and makes the pillow really firm. Also, the zipper is on the inside of the 'V', which causes it to be taut right in the apex of the 'V' where my neck sits. I would not recommend this pillowcase if you're using the pillow as a back sleeper.

It takes a while to get used to the pillow, but it has helped my arthritic shoulder and the custom-made pillow is the only thing that will fit it. I just wish that it came in green.
Pillowcase is well made and good quality, however it is very expensive for a pillowcase! It would also be great if it was offered in different colours.
The V-Shaped Pillowcase is too small for the V-Shaped pillow. This makes it difficult to enjoy the pillow's intended comfort as it causes the pillow to become overly firm and potentially disrupts the proper distribution of the pillow filling. I would recommend to make it a little bit bigger. Maybe an inch or 1.5 inches will make it perfect.

Fits the pillow it was made for. My only wish is that it was made in more colors or even some other fabric options like silk or higher thread count cotton as it could be a touch softer, but it’s fine for what it is!

I was having surgery so I purchased the V Shaped Pillow and Pillow Case. I ended up not using it until a little while after but this is my pillow now. I am a back/side sleeper and I love this pillow. I purchased a second pillow case to swap out regularly. I received the pillow in the expected amount of time as well as the pillow cases. My dogs love this pillow too when I'm not using it, they curl up into it.
