For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Our Classic range of wool comforters is not washable simply because in order to create a washable product, there is more cost involved. In order to be machine washable, wool goes through a treatment process that enables it to retain its shape and properties once washed. This is a multi-step process that is free from any chemical or synthetic additives. Making it an extensive but worthwhile benefit for our customers wanting ease of use and washability at home which is why we offer it at a higher price point for our Deluxe Washable and Organic Washable ranges only.

You can, but you don't have to! Our wool comforters are essentially duvet inserts. They can be enjoyed with or without a cover. Covers add style, color, and help extend the length of time you can go between washes. All of the cotton on our products is extremely soft and kind to the skin so if you decide not to use a cover, you'll still be comfortable and won't be in direct contact with the wool inside.

I'm a super hot sleeper and was struggling to stay cool even when my room was < 65 F. This wool comforter is perfect balance. Only thing I wish was different is that it had more loops for duvet covers, since it only comes with 4.

I’m positively delighted with this comforter! After years with a microfiber/polyester comforter, the airflow is noticeable and welcome. It’s warm and cozy, without trapping heat and making me feel like I need to throw it off to cool off. It has a little comforting weight to it, without being heavy. After researching the different types of natural material comforters on the market, I’m very happy I went with wool. And the Woolroom design works great!

I highly recommend this wool comforter, especially if you sleep hot. My husband and I sleep much more comfortably. I have had horrible night sweats for the past few years and started to think our down comforter might be culprit. So after some research I decided to try a Woolroom comforter and I'm so glad I did! I have become a very picky sleeper, and I cannot recommend this comforter enough! I read all the reviews about it being excellent with temperature regulation and I was so hoping it would also feel that way for me as all other bedding options have become uncomfortable, temperature-wise. This medium wool comforter is amazing! It's hard to describe how well it regulates temperature, it feels like it just keeps in the body heat without overheating at all. I've used it in a cool room as well as warm room, and it feels perfect for both. You will not regret this purchase, it's a game changer! My only wish was that it had eight loops for the duvet cover ties, including the sides not just the corners, instead of four. Otherwise, it couldn't be better!

I bought the duvet for my daughter and son in law. I was hoping to get something local and Canadian but then I found this company. The write up was intriguing and checked all the boxes of sustainability, good stewardship of the animals and land and fully accountable to their business.

My daughter loves it and so does my son in law. It is far superior to the old worn out goose down product that it replaced
