I’ve been waiting a couple seasons to write a review, and the verdict is: I love it. It is warm and heavy and the most comfortable blanket I’ve ever had. I particularly like the woven squares that prevent the wool from shifting. There are other reviews that say it sounds a bit crinkly and I would have to agree but it’s not big deal, you get used to it. I have not attempted to wash it yet as it’s a king size and would need to probably go to a laundromat, but I haven’t needed to launder it yet as we have a duvet over it. I spent a lot of time researching comforters and I am so pleased with my choice. I look forward to many more nights under it!

I am not cold anymore at night! I didn't know wool comforters exist. I like it much better than a wool blanket. I love this wool comforter! Keeps me warm without being too heavy. I am so happy I found you!

I absolutely love my wool comforter. I found that my wool comforter keeps me warm and cozy with only using a sheet. I did not need to use any blankets with the wool comforter like I did when using a down comforter. I highly recommend that you try a wool comforter.

I tossed my old polyester comforter a couple of years ago because it kept making me randomly sweat. I have been surviving on two thin (mostly wool) blankets I purchased elsewhere for camping and home. Well, after purchasing the deluxe wool pillow in king size, I knew I needed to stay the course with continued wool purchases. So, I bought the deluxe wool comforter in warm. To my surprise (which should not be) it is very warm (range from 46-60F) but is not making me stuffy or sweaty when in that range (I love wool). Now, I can leave my bedroom window cracked all winter! It got down to 40F last night and boy was it brisk in my bedroom! I stayed cozy and warm all night. I look forward to using this from early fall through late spring and not feeling stuffy and sweaty. I love it!! I also cannot wait to try this camping at 8,000' in late October next year, brrr!!Fyi, there is no r-ratings, but I find the comforter range appears mostly accurate. I do believe that the 'warm' should be finw down to 36F which is great for 4 season camping. I imagine that most people will likely be fine with their lighter comforters.

We had grown a little tired of goose down comforters and their limited lifespan. However, we weren’t quite sure whether wool would make us happier. A week after receiving our new washable wool comforter we wouldn’t turn back. It is warm, but not too hot, cozy, and adds just the right weight. Because it is washable, we have the option to clean blood from occasional kills our cat brings home. That’s life with a pet - lovely, isn’t it?Anyway, a great purchase that we instantly loved!

To many ‘warm’ duvets I have had regulate my temperature by sticking out a leg but this duvet is really good. Lovely and warm and quickly as well. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

I only received it today and I can already tell I'm going to be obsessed. Shipping was pretty fast, but the box it came in was slightly opened with holes in the tape when it arrived, it may have been damaged in transit. I love the natural scent of it, and it feels like a warm hug. Cant wait to sleep with my window open, I live in a coastal climate. I recommend it.

The Woolroom comforter I bought was great, but unfortunately, I did not read the fine print saying that it would be subject to customs and duty charges. If you are considering purchasing this item from Canada, I'd recommend you reconsider because on top of the price of the comforter, I had to pay an EXTRA 54% in duty charges. It was not worth it! I should definitely just bought it from a Canadian company.
