    Notre protège-matelas lavable de luxe offre une couche thermorégulatrice à votre matelas tout en le protégeant. Fabriqué artisanalement à partir de laine britannique traçable et lavable en machine (7 oz/yd²), associé à une enveloppe extérieure en coton biologique, il vous garantit un sommeil des plus naturels.

    Un protège-matelas en laine est idéal pour les matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, en latex ou tout autre matelas qui a tendance à chauffer. Il absorbe jusqu'à 70 % de la chaleur dégagée, vous permettant ainsi de dormir confortablement sans avoir trop chaud.

  • Expédition

     

    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

I wish I never wasted my $204.01 for a “Deluxe Washable Wool Mattress Protector - Queen (60x80 inch),” order number 20375984. The opposite of the ease of Amazon even though I don’t like to support Big Box. In my opinion, this type of purchase mandates it at least will give you that true quintessential experience of intransigent, obdurate and intractable English customer service without traveling across the pond to be treated so indifferently. We bought this, left it home at the last minute as we left for an extended trip, then tried to return it upon our return but were admonished and refused because we were outside their strict 30 day return policy. It was never opened and in its original packaging, and I sent proof. The only way I would drink tea with these people and business would be if I could make their’s with Boston Harbor sea water.

A very high quality product. Even the packaging is beautiful. Fit on my thick Queen mattress is perfect. And the breathable wool really makes a difference in comfort - probably the best night's sleep I've had in several years. Well worth the cost.
