Expédition

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

I'm a pretty picky sleeper. I have a firm Simmons BeautyRest mattress. It's a bit too firm for me. So I researched on getting a mattress topper. I tried Avocado Talalay latex topper. It's soft and cuddly. But I felt hot after sleeping on it for a few hours, waking me up at night. Then I found this mattress pad. It's substantially thicker than regular pad. And it doesn't feel hot sleeping on it even though it's wool. ChatGPT told me the wool pad can actually remove heat better than latex. I'm happy that this wool mattress pad works out for me!

I am so so glad i ordered this topper. It is so comfortable and has the best density. Not too fluffy, just right. I bought this wool mattress pad to supplement my latex mattress; for a while I've been waking up several times in the night with hip pain and I hoped the pad would alleviate that. It did! I've been using it for two weeks and have not had any further pain issues. My husband and I agree that it feels cool and comfortable. We're very happy with our purchase and may soon make the move to wool pillows.

This mattress pad is amazing!!! We added it to our brand new mattress to give it a little extra cushion and comfort. It was perfect. I was honestly waiting the first night to get hot however, to my surprise, I was totally comfortable in our 80 degree bedroom with my three season down comforter still on the bed. I could almost feel the wool pulling the heat away from me. Maybe it was my imagination but whatever it works! Love this and would highly recommend adding it to your bed. I am looking forward to eventually replacing g my comforter with one of your wool ones in the future.

I really like this mattress pad. It's very breathable, much more so than my foam mattress, very plush, and while it sleeps a tiny bit warm (for someone who is already a warm sleeper), the breathability makes up for it. Great addition to my bed.

this is the third item we have purchased. great quality and really adds a cooling layer to the mattress, along with some extra cushion. only issue was delayed delivery - this last item took nearly 3 weeks.
