    Nous recommandons un lavage en machine sur cycle laine/délicat à 40 degrés avec une lessive spéciale laine, un essorage inférieur à 800 tr/min et un séchage sur fil. Le séchage en machine est déconseillé. Ce produit ne convient pas au stockage sous vide.

  • Expédition

     

    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce a completely machine washable wool bedding without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable wool bedding.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

Best Comforter Ever!

I absolutely love this comforter. It is so cozy and I’ve slept great ever since I received it. Shipped out so fast. I got it within 2 days. It’s my first wool comforter so I didn’t know what to expect. There is no smell at all. Love that it’s organic and cleaned without harsh chemicals. Paying the extra for organic was worth it to me. The organic wool duvet insert has no smell and no chemicals. I have always washed all bedding before use but I didn’t need to wash this. Very thankful for the organic method Woolroom uses. I do wish the dimensions were a little more generous. It arrived quickly.

Thank you for lovely comforter.It felt consistently warm and not overheated. The texture of the fabric is very soft and noce to touch.The smell of the Wool is not strong at all, so I was able to sleep in it once it arrived. Overall it is a really good good quality ?? Happy nights.

Good Blanket..Poor Shipping

My organic blanket arrived on my doorstep within a reasonable amount of time after the order was finalized. The box was ripped open in 3 key areas. 2 corners were crushed and my hand fit through the openings. The top seam seal was completely broken and 2 strips of tape held the box closed. The blanket had been shipped in a storage bag. The bag was filthy, ripped in 3 places which all corresponded to the box damage and was not useable as a storage bag. After spending a significant amount of money having the blanket cleaned, it was popped into my linen duvet and has done a very good job as a summer cover. Good blanket, really poor shipping, so just 3 stars. Replace your cheap shipping box so goods arrive clean and your product rating increases.
