How do I adjust the firmness of my wool pillow?

By adding or taking away wool filling. Simply zip open your pillow, and adjust the fill amount as-desired. You can even purchase additional wool filling from Woolroom if you like your pillow thicker than standard.

How do I clean my pillow? Can I wash it in the washing machine?

Our Deluxe and Organic Washable wool pillows can both be washed in your washing machine at home, just take the wool filling out and place it in the calico bag it came in. Then place the cover in the washing machine. We include detailed care instructions when you receive your pillow in the mail and available online.

Where are our pillows made?

All of our wool pillows and other bedding items are made in Europe. We then send these to our distribution centers in Knoxville and Salt Lake City. Wherever you are in the United States, we make sure these are shipped as fast as possible to you.

Do you offer a trial period on your pillows?

Yes! We have a 30 day sleep trial* for our wool pillows and several other wool products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. We know you'll love it though!

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Adjustable Wool Filling

Each Washable Wool Pillow features the unique ability to adjust the amount of wool filling inside the pillow. This allows you to create the perfect feel tailored to your sleeping style.

For a softer feel, remove some of the wool filling from the pillow which will lower the height, offering less resistance.

For a firmer feel, add an extra bag of wool filling to your order and add this into the pillow. This creates a denser, higher pillow designed to be firmer and offer even more support.
