Care Instructions

Nous recommandons un lavage en machine sur cycle laine/délicat à 30 degrés avec une lessive spéciale laine, un essorage inférieur à 800 tr/min et un séchage sur fil. Le séchage en machine est déconseillé en toutes circonstances.
Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce a completely machine washable wool pillow without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable wool pillow.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

I had some extra wool left over from a prior purchase to fill these organic covers. They are heftier than the regular pillow covers, and gives firmer support. Adjusting the wool filling to a softer result just didn’t resolve my issue. My error in buying. Hence the 3 Star rating, however I would still recommend purchasing these pillow covers if you prefer a firmer pillow.
