Great product, excellent communication! Our organic wool topper was delayed on shipping and customer services was excellent. To then receive the topper...nighttime feels soooo good!

Unfortunately the padding compresses within a year and it is no longer comfortable.

Well, I was warned. But this has made it much harder to get out of bed. I bought a new natural latex mattress this fall, and while I slept okay, I wasn't cozy. After a few months I wanted to up my cozy factor and bought myself this topper. And I am seriously MUCH cozier. It isn't "surrounded by clouds" or anything, but man do I have to force myself to get up. I love this topper. I'm not even mad any more that my mattress wasn't good enough as sold.

I don't feel like it was 3- 3.5 " as specs say...seems like 2.5-3"... So it's a little misleading and I head other review with similar complaints... However, it's supremely comfortable and it enhances my Avocado green matress's comfort level exponentially!! Ty woolroom for supporting non toxic living

Cannot say enough about this company. Ordering was easy, arrived on time, packaging was beautiful. Product is amazing. The cotton is thick, super soft, and well sewn, and the topper is almost too comfortable. I never want to get out of my cozy bed now. So far a very happy customer.

We have a very firm, wool Japanese style futon bed that we got a couple years ago. After many nights of waking up in pain and saying, “maybe our bodies still need to adjust to this,” we were thinking that we might need to purchase a new bed. However, the only thing was that our bed was pretty pricey. Then we started looking for something to just give us a little more cushion especially to ease the pressure points when side sleeping. Firstly, the natural materials, unbleached organic cotton and wool are not something to overlook. I saw a review on Amazon from someone that was a vine reviewer (aka got this item free) and they said it was like sleeping on a duvet and it’s nothing special. Man, people don’t understand quality products anymore. When I wake up in the morning, it fills me with so much joy when I rub my leg across the bed. I didn’t think I could handle sleeping on our bed for my next pregnancy, but this total changes my mindset. The Wool Room is just top notch quality and I want everything from this company. I have my eye on your body pillows next. I wish more companies were like this one! You guys are the best.

adds more softness to med. support mattress. I did put the mattress protection pad over it so it doesn't get body scent or oils on it. I have 2 protectors so i can send one out for laundering while using fresh one.

My mattress pad arrived promptly. The quality was evident straight out of the box. The pad does a beautiful job providing light cushioning and support on an over-hard new mattress. This has been a good solution, making sleep more comfortable while retaining the firmness I need. I am mostly a stomach sleeper.

This is my third order of the wool mattress pad. Woolroom is he real deal and so is this fine mattress pad. It is a real pad, not the flimsy joke that people usually put on their bed. Sleep like a king or a queen without going to an expensive hotel.

The quality is very nice, however, for being a couple inches thick, you’d think it would add some softness. It’s also advertised as “naturally cooling”. Well, it actually makes the mattress even firmer, and we noticed no difference in cooling. We ended up purchasing a 2” think cooling memory foam topper and placed it under the WoolRoom mattress pad. That actually works pretty well. Silly I had to spend $150 on a memory foam topper to make a $400+ wool pad feel comfortable.

I certainly splurged on this mattress topper after a bonus from work, but you can’t put a price on quality sleep. This thing is pure quality and I’ve slept on it for nearly a week now and I’m out like a light and don’t wake up tossing and turning anymore. The temperature regulation is the real deal. I tend to sleep hot and this thing keeps me super comfortable. My only complaint is that I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning where usually that’s not a problem for me. So comfortable, best sleep I’ve ever had.

There was a large stain in the bag which held the mattress pad. There was no stain in the outside cardboard box, so I assume that the pad left the factory in this condition. The stain was only barely visible on the pad itself, and would not affect funtionality, therefore I decided not to return it. My wife and I have used it for a week. We replaced a memory foam topper. So far it is quite comfortable and and better feel than the memory foam. We a curious to see if the pad compacts over time, and how often we will need to "re fluff" it. As of now with the exception of the stain it is a 5 star keeper.

I thought about buying a new mattress even though the mattress I had on my bed was fairly new and expensive. I could never get really comfortable on my mattress. Someone recommended I get a topper. I searched and looked at many different toppers. I decided to give Woolroom a try since you could return it within 30 days if you didn't like..

Very impressed by the quality! I bought the organic wool mattress pad and I really enjoy it. It cushions my mattress Alittle and its more cozier than without it. It's not very thick but thats what I was looking for and it does the job.I also bought the organic pillow which I like as well. You can take the wool out to adjust it but it was good the way it was. Its more flat and its a different feel than down pillows. Also, I called and spoke to a very professional representative at the wool room inquiring about a mattress and I was treated with the utmost of respect and he answered all my questions in detail and was very knowledgeable in his wonderful UK accent. I was very impressed and Im glad I tried this company with their products! Thank you
