  • Conseils d'entretien

     

    Pour le nettoyage, nous vous recommandons de le laver en machine sur cycle laine/délicat à 30 degrés avec une lessive spéciale laine, un essorage inférieur à 800 tr/min et un séchage sur fil. Nous déconseillons le séchage en machine.

  • Expédition

     

    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Adjustable Wool Filling

Each Washable Wool Pillow features the unique ability to adjust the amount of wool filling inside the pillow. This allows you to create the perfect feel tailored to your sleeping style.

For a softer feel, remove some of the wool filling from the pillow which will lower the height, offering less resistance.

For a firmer feel, add an extra bag of wool filling to your order and add this into the pillow. This creates a denser, higher pillow designed to be firmer and offer even more support.

I like the product itself using natural materials. It can get a little warm. The problem is the hemming. It's not very strong and susceptible to breaking. Also, do not remove the long obnoxious care tags or this company will not honor a warranty. For the price, I except stitching and hemming to be more sturdy.

Did not honor sleep trial!!!!!! THE most important part of the pillow for me. Small company with the morals of Pfizer. Pillow itself was “fine.” Not good or great. But how can I trust the contents of my pillow when I can’t trust the character of the company? I put my face on this for 8hrs a night

Great pillow but… I found with the usage the wool shifting to the sides and I have to shake it everyday to evenly distribute wool. I believe that the pillow needs more wool.

I would give it 5 stars if it came with more filler. It is too flat to work as a good body pillow without a bag or two more of the filler. After I purchased two bags of the filler it is perfect. The right height for my hips and shoulder.

Well, this is now my 3rd purchase from the wool room and I am very happy with the body pillow. I thought I might need extra fill but nope! Just like the normal pillow, the fill level is perfect. The pillow is comfy and I just love how the wool allows the pillow to breathe. It is wider than my old body pillow and gives my cat extra room to cuddle up with me at night. I Absolutely Love This Pillow

The body pillow is amazing, no funny odors and it has this cool side zipper that you can open the pillow and fluff the wool. Very well made and even though it cost more than your average body pillow it is worth every cent. Thank you Wool Room for such a well made pillow.

The Best Night Sleep I Have Had In Years!

I have recently been diagnosed with lower back issues, sleeping on my side has always been a problem. This pillow is so comfortable and easy to snuggle with, it keeps my body in perfect alignment. I am waking up feeling refreshed and my back feels so much better. I am 5 foot 4 and this fits me perfectly. It is stuffed just perfectly! High five Woolroom :)
