Delivery & Assembly

Due to its custom-made nature, the Olivia bedstead is hand-crafted to your exact specification and fabric choices so usually takes around 8 weeks. Once complete to the highest standards, our 2 man delivery team will deliver your bedstead to a room of your choice at no additional cost.

When we deliver your order we will also assemble the items for you free of charge, but if you need to move the bed to another room or dismantle it for any reason you needn't worry. The Olivia is incredibly easy to assemble, and can be done in just 5-10 minutes. Follow the instructions below if required.

Simply attach the foot end and headboard to the side rails before tightening using the supplied allen key. Once done, you simply place the 2 pocket sprung bases into the frame and then position your mattress on top.

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx or UPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
