I wish I never wasted my $204.01 for a “Deluxe Washable Wool Mattress Protector - Queen (60x80 inch),” order number 20375984. The opposite of the ease of Amazon even though I don’t like to support Big Box. In my opinion, this type of purchase mandates it at least will give you that true quintessential experience of intransigent, obdurate and intractable English customer service without traveling across the pond to be treated so indifferently. We bought this, left it home at the last minute as we left for an extended trip, then tried to return it upon our return but were admonished and refused because we were outside their strict 30 day return policy. It was never opened and in its original packaging, and I sent proof. The only way I would drink tea with these people and business would be if I could make their’s with Boston Harbor sea water.

Wow, it really works! As a pregnant woman who sleeps hot, this wool mattress protector has been a game-changer. Recommend!

I love the Wool mattress protector it is excellent quality and I love that it is cool to sleep on. The customer service and delivery were very good and it arrived vey promptly.

I bought a new mattress that had memory foam as the top layer. I woke up the first night's drenched in sweat and have never been one to get the night sweats. I researched the issue and found out that the synthetic materials might be the cause. I bought this protector and this thin layer made all the difference. No more sweats and the feel of the mattress is unchanged.

Good quality and fit. Very effective cooling for a foam mattress.

I unknowingly put a mattress pad on our queen bed that had a water resistant backing. I could not understand why I was sweating every night. I blamed the newer mattress, which could have contributed as well. I was desperate and figured the price of the washable wool mattress pad was worth a try. It didn’t seem especially thick, but has a quality cotton fabric cover. It has worked great. It feels great under my body, I have not had one night of waking up cold and soaked. I have not washed and dried it yet. Hopefully that goes well.

I'm very happy with this. I no longer wanted a plush mattress pad, because comfortable as they are, they just get too hot. Instead I wanted something that breathed with very minimal padding. This does exactly the trick. As someone who tends to sweat where any part of me touches the mattress, I would say putting this mattress protector on has reduced that by about 85%. I can't say it's 100% perfect, but it's the best I've felt by a long shot. And I tried a lot of things marketed as "cooling." Turns out cooling does nothing. You need "breathable" and from what I've learned it doesn't get much more breathable than this. It also does add a nice very minimal amount of padding. But do not expect a noticeable amount there. That's not what it's meant for.

High quality mattress cover, feels great, very breathable. They shrink a lot when washed according to instructions. This queen cover, after washing, now fits my full-sized mattress perfectly.

This comforter, mattress protector and pillows have transformed my sleep! I tend to sleep hot. Wool helps? Who knew?

Loved the idea of this mattress protector. However, we’ve had it for four years and while it’s purportedly washable, ours has shrank so much that it is probably suitable for a queen bed, rather than our king. It doesn’t go down the sides of the mattress anymore and has about a 5-6 inch gap between the edge of the top padding and the edge of the mattress all the way around.

It was great for a while, but not practical given the shrinking over time. I’m bummed as I hoped it would be a long-term investment.
