    Le matelas Blackwell Wool trône fièrement au cœur de notre collection Artisan, offrant un équilibre parfait entre soutien optimal, respirabilité naturelle et durabilité. Fabriqué artisanalement au Royaume-Uni et d'une épaisseur d'environ 31 cm , il est disponible en trois niveaux de fermeté (souple, standard et ferme) pour un confort et un soutien sur mesure.

    Son système de ressorts ensachés de précision à 2 000 fils (taille King) offre un soutien réactif et complet du corps, s’adaptant intuitivement à vos mouvements pour maintenir un bon alignement et minimiser les points de pression.     Laisser votre matelas se tasser :

    À la réception de votre matelas, retirez tout l'emballage pour l'aérer. Votre matelas peut sembler plus court que son sommier. Une fois déballé, le matelas se tassera progressivement et reprendra sa taille normale. Si vous constatez que le matelas est inégal, retournez-le.

    Retourner le matelas :

    Nous vous recommandons de retourner votre matelas régulièrement pendant les 12 premières semaines suivant votre arrivée, puis nous vous recommandons de le retourner tous les 3 mois.

    Nettoyer votre matelas :

    N'utilisez pas d'aspirateur sur votre matelas. Utilisez une brosse douce pour retirer les peluches. En cas de déversement, séchez rapidement le liquide avec un chiffon sec.

    Mattresses, Beds & Headboards

    Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**

    As part of this free service, our team will:

    • Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
    • Unpack and assemble your items where required
    • Remove all packaging for recycling

    Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.

    Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.

    For a small extra fee, we can also remove and responsibly recycle your old like-for-like item.

Mattress Recycling

How our mattress recycling works

  1. Careful collection and dismantling: When your old mattress comes back to us, our delivery partners collect it and take it to a specialist recycling centre. Each mattress is handled carefully and prepared so the materials can be recovered.
  2. Cleaned, checked and sorted: Every mattress is checked, then taken apart by hand into separate parts. Each material is cleaned, sorted and processed so it can be reused wherever possible.
  3. Given a second life: Every week, over 16,000 mattresses are recycled in this way. Usable materials like springs, foam and fibres are given a second life and turned into new products in other industries.

We had a lovely buying experience at Rowsley, where the staff were helpful but not in your face. We purchased a Blackwell king size matress "Regular" and also pillows, matress protector and lightweight duvet. The matress was delivered early than the 6 weeks initially quoted and the guys who delivered were excellent, we also had our old matress taken away. Expensive yes, but truly worth every penny, we are both sleeping much better than before, when we had so much broken sleep every night. We have only had the matress for about a month, so we are turning it weekly at the moment, it is heavy but manageable. Great products, great service, going back to Rowsley this month to buy the duvet covers and sheets and pillowcases!

Great Mattress

I've had a couple of weeks on our new mattress and am finding it very comfortable. It is very heavy to turn but two of us can manage it. Would be easier on a divan base. The delivery service was also very good. Very pleased with our purchase.

Love this mattress. Cool and very comfortable. Proper old school construction, no memory foam. Very well made and with a mattress protector should last a long time. Heavy to flip and turn but that's the price of quality.

What does zipping mean in your order spec?

Zipping is where the mattress is split into two halves that join in the middle, ideal for larger mattresses if you have limited space to get them upstairs, or if you need to split the weight to rotate the mattresses for mattress care.
