Are Woolroom pillows good for allergy sufferers?

Yes. Our pillows hold the Allergy UK Seal of Approval, meaning they’re scientifically proven to reduce exposure to common allergens such as dust mites, mould, and bacteria - for a cleaner, healthier sleep.

Classic: Can I wash this wool pillow?

Unlike our Deluxe and Organic pillows, the Classic pillow cannot be machine washed. It must be dry-cleaned. As it's a natural product, it will benefit from being aired regularly.

Can I adjust the firmness or height of my pillow?

Our Classic pillows have a fixed fill, so they’re not adjustable. But, if you’re choosing our Deluxe or Organic pillows, they have amazing flexibility—they come with a zip so you can add or remove wool to get the height just right. And if you ever need a little extra, you can always top up with more wool later!

Do Woolroom pillows help with night sweats or overheating?

Yes. Wool’s natural ability to wick away moisture and regulate temperature helps prevent overheating, making our pillows ideal for hot sleepers and those who experience night sweats or menopause symptoms.

Where does the wool come from?

All our wool is 100% British and fully traceable back to the farms we partner with through our Wool ID® programme. It’s renewable, sustainable, and ethically sourced.

Does this pillow come with a sleep trial?

Yes like all filled bedding, this pillow comes with a 30 Night Sleep Trial. If you don't find you're sleeping better, you can return for a refund or exchange.

How long will my wool pillow last?

With proper care, a wool pillow can last many years - much longer than synthetic alternatives or feather and down. Wool naturally resists dust mites and odours, keeping your duvet fresher for longer.

Treated ourselves to two new wool pillows, and they’ve been amazing. My husband has struggled a lot with his back and the orthopaedic pillow he bought is very hot and doesn’t seem to last for long. Since trying the wool pillows they work better for his back and neck, plus he doesn’t overheat. They are perfect. I’m very fussy about pillows and have bought many variations over the years, sometimes unsuccessfully. I read the reviews for this pillow and as it was reduced thought I’d give it a try, it is really very good, nice support for side sleeping and so far it hasn’t lost any shape during the night. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s the first time I’ve tried wool pillows and I love them. Very comfortable, dense but soft. I much prefer to polyester (too springy) and now would always choose again over feather. I do not get heated from them, and my head rests into the pillow very well.
