What's the difference between a protector and a topper?

Many people choose to use both together, placing the topper beneath the protector to enjoy added comfort while helping keep their mattress fresh and protected.

How deep is the skirt on your mattress protectors?

We have two skirt depths available: standard (35cm) and extra deep (45cm).

Are your mattress protectors waterproof?

This mattress protector is not waterproof.If you are looking for a waterproof option, please check out our Deluxe Washable Waterproof Wool Mattress Protector includes a waterproof layer of breathable, coated organic cotton. Please note, our other mattress protectors are not waterproof.

How do I care for my mattress protector?

Simply pop it in the washing machine on a 30°C wool cycle with some wool detergent, then line dry. Do not tumble dry. Store your protector in the calico bag it arrived in when not in use, and avoid vacuum storage.

Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**
As part of this free service, our team will:
Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
Unpack and assemble your items where required
Remove all packaging for recycling
Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.
Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.
For a small extra fee, we can also remove and responsibly recycle your old like-for-like item.
