Great breathable wool pillow I got for my son who is an allergic. I must say that I’ve had to take some wool out because it was plenty. I can see the deference now how his sleep already improved within days. Thank you

I have 8 of these wonderfully comfortable pillows, it’s so convenient that you can unzip them and put extra wool into them or even take some out. Though I have the wool pillow protectors it’s a bonus being able to empty out the wool and wash the pillow if needed. They may seem expensive, but I believe they are a good investment and for me the best pillows I have ever bought. When I make the bed in the morning, I just give them a shake and a puff up. The customer service is absolutely excellent they really do go above and beyond, what a treat in this day and age.

I was really hesitant to buy these due to their price and having tried almost all other pillows out there (feather, synthetic fibre, memory foam) I can say these are the best I’ve ever used. I am a side sleeper and a woman so I find with other pillows that the stuffing is either too soft and ends up above my head at the headboard, leaving my head tilted down, or too firm, pushing my jaw up and out of position. These pillows seem to be the Goldilocks pillows. The filling doesn’t migrate, they stay relatively firm but they are also adjustable so you can take filling out or add more in if needed, though I haven’t needed to yet! They don’t smell like chemicals like memory foam and the very mildly sheepy smell goes after a day or so (I actually found it reassuringly natural smelling). We originally tried these out in a showroom when looking at a Wool Room mattress but it felt like too much money at the time, however I’m really pleased with this purchase and would buy them again in the future.

Have had one of their pillows for many years decided to get a new one. They are fantastic quality. Much better now as have a zip in them to be able to add more filling. I would recommend ordering the extra top up bag as the pillows do come very soft.

I wanted a pillow that I could adjust the amount of 'stuffing' in. I really wanted a natural fill, but I can't 'do' feathers! I was nervous about wool, especially as this was far more than I've ever spent on a pillow. But I really like it. It does take a bit of readjusting after a few nights, but I find it soft and comfortable , and I have slept better since I bought it.

The pillows are very comfortable. I really like that wool can be taken out or added to get the perfect personalised amount of stuffing. I’ve found that the pillows reduce overheating in the night. A great natural product. Would highly recommend.

Find the pillows are very comfortable and easy to plump up. My husband and I find one pillow is sufficient.

Absolutely love my pillow, I already have the mattress topper and it’s made such a difference to my sleep.
I have removed some of the wool from the pillow to get it exactly the right thickness for me and I just find it so comfortable

Excellent wool pillow. I sleep on my side and struggle with shoulder pain. This firm pillow helps greatly and I love it.

I have purchased a king size quilt and two pillows now. Both came in good time and I love them. There was a defect on the pillows but this being a British company with a proper telephone number and actual people on the other end I was able To contact them and they rectified the problem immediately. The only problem I had which was sorted out eventually was that I returned a blanket which was an incorrect size and I had to wait a long time for my refund as they seemed to think it hadn’t been returned. My tracking proved delivered. Anyway it was sorted out and I had my refund. On the whole I would definitely recommend dealing with this company. This is exactly the type of company we need to bring back. “ALL BRITISH”

We both love our new pillows so much that we're ordering another two. We like how you can open the pillow up on a weekly basis to fluff up the wool filling (quite cathartic really) and the temperature control is like no other pillows we've ever had. Highly recommended.

Was so worried to buy this as I have tried so many different pillows over the years and none was THE ONE. Due to Woolroom kindly offering faff free returns I bout it. And oh boy I could not recommend it more !!!! Only had it for two weeks now but I am having THE BEST sleep ever. No neck pains no shoulder pains amazing. Also combating woolroom duvet and mattress covers I am having the best nights sleep!!!! Also, love the fact that u can order extra wool for your pillow (which I did and will try soon) not that something wrong just wanted to feel this fluffy sheep cloud like will see how it goes.. furthermore, the quality is top notch!!!!! And its traceable wool, And organic cotton…. Love it!!! Hopefully it will last long, fingers crossed. Oh, and, customer service was quick and supportive. Thank you ever so much !

I have also recently purchased a lightweight duvet and mattress protector from you. I haven’t woken up too hot since converting to wool, even in the heatwaves.
