Adjustable Wool Filling

Each Washable Wool Pillow features the unique ability to adjust the amount of wool filling inside the pillow. This allows you to create the perfect feel tailored to your sleeping style.

For a softer feel, remove some of the wool filling from the pillow which will lower the height, offering less resistance.

For a firmer feel, add an extra bag of wool filling to your order and add this into the pillow. This creates a denser, higher pillow designed to be firmer and offer even more support.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce a completely machine washable wool pillow without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable wool pillow.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

I have 8 of these wonderfully comfortable pillows, it’s so convenient that you can unzip them and put extra wool into them or even take some out. Though I have the wool pillow protectors it’s a bonus being able to empty out the wool and wash the pillow if needed. They may seem expensive, but I believe they are a good investment and for me the best pillows I have ever bought. When I make the bed in the morning, I just give them a shake and a puff up. The customer service is absolutely excellent they really do go above and beyond, what a treat in this day and age.

Beautiful pillows with a gorgeous feel, I love the idea of being able to adjust the softness or firmness of them, By topping them out with extra wool,
It's a very clever idea, the concealed zip is also fine.
I suffer with Carpel Tunnel in both hands, and I have to admit I don't miss the little eyelet that you find on most zips. It has not been a problem at all, the concealed zip works extremely well.
I love the pillows with the outer pillow cases, makes them so comfortable and just right. I love natural woolen products, After living in Australia for quite awhile, all my bedding was Woolen ones.
So I personally would never go back to feather and down or any other item. I will be placing a order for some more, I wish the company all the best, with this clever investment in pure wool.

The Deluxe Pillow is supplied as a complete pillow, including its outer casing as shown in the product images. It does not come with a separate pillowcase.

You would use your own standard pillowcase over it, just like you would with any regular pillow.
