Talalay Latex Inner Core

Our latex pillow is made from natural Talalay latex, sustainably sourced from the sap of Hevea brasiliensis trees — and individually crafted using a unique moulding process that combines science with sleep expertise.

Each pillow is vacuum-expanded, flash-frozen, and gently baked to create its signature open-cell structure — delivering outstanding pressure relief, spinal support, and breathability. Naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial, it's as clean as it is comfortable.

After forming, every pillow is washed, dried, and rigorously tested to meet our exacting standards, before being finished with a washable, quilted organic wool cover for added softness and temperature regulation.

Please note: You may notice small imperfections from the moulding process — these are purely cosmetic and have no impact on performance or durability.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce a completely machine washable wool pillow without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable wool pillow.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

I normally like heavy, old-fashioned feather pillows but this is the best pillow I've ever had. It's soft but at the same time springy. The height is perfect.

I thought it was time to upgrade my pillow situation, so I looked about and was recommended this. I'm a side sleeper and my prior pillow was 13cm depth, and was looking into going for something a little higher. So I chose the standard (15cm) thinking it would be a good upgrade. It came across as not as deep as I thought it would be, but after sleeping on it, it was a great decision. I still get no neck pain, and I love the bounce back from the pillow itself. My only critique would be that I thought it would have been deeper, so I think I may look into getting the standard deep (18cm).

We have two of these pillows - one each of the different height profiles. I prefer the higher one as I sleep on my side and back whereas my husband prefers the lower (slightly softer) one. Super comfy yet supportive and unlike memory foam, they don’t make your head hot. I only wish they’d make this pillow in a larger size for super king beds!

Dreadful Customer Service. I ordered the item on 3 Aug and it didn’t arrive till 20 Aug. The item, though good quality, wasn’t suitable. I returned it via DPD and it arrived at Woolroom depot on 28 Aug. Twelve days later and I’ve yet to receive a refund. Interacting with Customer Service is total waste of one’s time!! Terrible. I will not be dealing with this company again.

Lovely pillows. I've looked for ages for one that's exactly right for me and this is it. I'm a sidesleeper with a bad back and these have really helped. Importantly they also don't have a strong scent, which others I have tried before did.

The pillow seemed fine on looking, but it was returned because I suspected that it was a returned item as I found an eyelash on it. Unsurprisingly,I thought this to be unacceptable and very off putting. Iwasn'treally happy with the way it was handled. Yes, a return was arranged but I felt itwasn'ttaken seriously and in honestywould have expected some offer of compensation- not just 10% refund off that samepillow. Have bought one elsewherenow.
