Our single-sided Rodmarton mattress is the cushiony cousin of the Standen, with an added pillowtop comfort. 3000 mini springs offer an added layer of cloud-like cushioning on top of the 1400 hand-tied and nested calico pocket springs. Hand nesting each spring ensures you get the precise support you need while maintaining breathability.
Cotton, cashmere and British wool are the fillings of choice in the body of the pillowtop, while the layers beneath are supported with naturally hypoallergenic and temperature-regulating wool and natural latex. All of our wool is sustainable and ethically sourced, and the origins of our top-layer wool pads are even 100% traceable back to the UK farms they came from - just check out our Wool ID® tags.
Our artisans also hand sew two rows of stitching along the sides of each mattress to give you edge-to-edge support and an increased sleeping area, while the traditional technique of hand tufting works to extend your mattress' life

Rodmarton Mattress Mattress: Care Instructions
Letting your mattress settle:When your mattress arrives remove all packaging to allow the mattress to air. Your mattress may seem shorter than the base its on. Once unpacked, the mattress will gradually settle and return to full size. If you find that the mattress is settling unevenly, turn and rotate the mattress.
Turning and Rotating the mattress:
THIS MATTRESS IS A NO TURN MATTRESS however we recommend rotating your mattress regularly for the first 12 weeks of arriving, after that we would recommend rotating it every 3 months.
Cleaning your mattress:
Do not use a vacuum cleaner on your mattress. Use a soft brush to remove any fluff. In case of spillage, spot dry the liquid quickly with a dry cloth.
For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx or UPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
