All of our wool pillows and other bedding items are made in Europe. We then send these to our distribution centers in Knoxville. Wherever you are in the United States, we make sure these are shipped as fast as possible to you.

Yes! We have a 30 day sleep trial* for our wool pillows and several other wool products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. We know you'll love it though!

Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. FREE ground shipping for all orders $150 and over pre sales tax. Applicable for mainland Canada only.
Mattress orders will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx in 7-10 days, not including the time required to hand craft your mattress. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Our Classic Wool Pillow is not washable simply because in order to create a washable product, there is more cost involved. In order to be machine washable, wool goes through a treatment process that enables it to retain its shape and properties once washed. This is a multi-step process that is free from any chemical or synthetic additives. Making it an extensive but worthwhile benefit for our customers wanting ease of use and washability at home which is why we offer it at a higher price point for our Deluxe Washable and Organic Washable ranges only.
