    • Pop outer into washing machine on a wool/delicate cycle

    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Each Deluxe Washable Wool Pillow features the unique ability to customize the amount of wool filling inside the pillow. This allows you to create the perfect feel tailored to your sleeping style.

For a softer feel, remove some of the wool filling from the pillow which will lower the height offering less resistance.

For a firmer feel, add an extra bag of wool filling to your order and add this into the pillow. This creates a denser, higher pillow designed to be firmer and offer more support.

I was very excited to receive the pillow and equally as dissapointed in quality assurance and control that the zipper pull was missing. Do I want to go spend my time returning and shipping? No. Will I order anything else. No.

These pillows covers were incredibly thick and did not allow for mold-ability to support my neck. Maybe without the covers they could’ve been better. I returned them immediately after the first couple of nights which was handled easily. However, beware of purchasing a mattress from this company pay very close attention to the sleep, trial wording, and the dates.

After many disappointments, I have finally found a pillow that works for me. I love being able to customize the fill. I found the initial pillow just a touch too firm, but after removing a little of the fill, it’s now perfect. The wool gives me just the right amount of support and cushiness. So comfortable!

I purchased two Deluxe Washable Pillows and i am very pleased with them. They look and feel beautifully natural and are extremely comfortable. They were already lovely and firm, providing excellent support, so I didn’t need to add any extra wool.

My only disappointment is the quality of the storage bags. I need to store the pillows when they’re not in use, but the bags are already ripping at the seams. More durable storage bags would make an otherwise excellent product even better.

I have wanted a washable pillow for as long as I can remember and love that the fill can be relofted by opening the cover, works so much better than trying to fluff up a feather pillow. I sleep hot and this pillow has been a big help with the warmer summer nights. Never thought to look for a wool fill pillow before, but I’m sold now. I like the natural fibres and the benefits of allergy reduction. I got extra fill, but probably don’t need it as the supplied fill lofts up really well. Would recommend anyone looking for a good pillow consider this brand.

I wanted to love them... the 2 pillow value pack stuffed with wool came beautifully packaged and I love the covers. However the wool will not decompact/fluff up and the pillows are extremely hard, compacting again quickly and flattening within 30mins of use.

I love this pillow. I have always used down before but it would deflate after a while. This pillow is so comfortable for me as a side sleeper and I can refluff it as often as I want. I also love the ease of washing it.

The pillow seems to be to clumpy and to bulky. It clumps up during use. I'm goint to try to take some of the wool out

I was searching for a pillow that would help 2 issues that plague me. First was head sweating. I sleep under a ceiling fan and sweat every night. In addition I have degenerative disc issues in my neck so the pillow would have to have support but also be comfortable. I've tried latex. I've tried memory foam. I've tried down. So I went on ChatGPT and put in my issues. Woolroom was the first one to come up so I looked them up. I was under the impression that wool would be warm, but I thought I'd give it a try since they have a 30 night guarantee. Almost 2 weeks now and I look forward to going to bed ! So far so good. I love that I can customize the softness or firmness. The cotton cover is top notch too. Looks like it will last many years to come. I feel good about this purchase and that I won’t be filling that landfill anytime soon with it.

Are there visual specifics or easier ways to wash this pillow? Like can you wash just the case and not the wool inside the pillow or you have to wash the wool filler too?

We only recommend washing the outer casing. The wool filling itself doesn’t need to be machine washed, as wool is naturally self-cleaning and doesn’t require regular laundering.

Your pillow is supplied in a storage bag, which we suggest using to keep the wool clean and protected while you wash the cover.
