For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

The positive is that shipping was very fast and everything was packaged so nicely- love the storage bags for the wool for when you wash the pillowcases.

Unfortunately, these pillows flatten out way too much when you lay your head on them. I ordered an extra bag of wool after trying them out and even after adding the extra wool to the pillows, they still flatten out way too much around your head. All of the wool disperses to the sides of the pillow so it’s basically like sleeping without a pillow at all. I’ve tried manually rearranging the wool inside as I read on the instructions, but this doesn’t really help either. It’s sad because the pillows seem high quality otherwise and I love that you can launder the covers, but I spent way too much on these pillows for them to have no firmness at all.

I am really sorry t hear that the pillow goes flat during the night please can I ask how long you have teased the wool apart for as this can really help to maintain the pillow and prevent this from happening. You won't need this, don't order it. The pillow was too full on its own and I was able to adjust it down but won't be keeping it because I don't like how often I need to "fluff" it, which is way more work than that word makes it sound. Do your research before you drop all currency.

Sorry my previous review was wrong!! The company DID fact refund me the entire amount. Even though shipping was 20.00, when I could ship the same box at that weight for 6.95 they did not charge me to ship it back to them, so paying 10.00 to ship and 10.00 to return makes it an easier pill to swallow.

Excellent buy

So bouncy feeling in your hands and clean. My daughter got this for her basic pillow to add more support and used about half the amount in the bag. She loves her pillow.

I didn’t end up needing to add fill to pillow but am glad I had the extra if I needed it.

Added the perfect amount for a pillow customized to my preferences. Excellent value

Great If You Like Firmer Pillows

It's up to the individual and yes I probably could have lived without the extra wool, but boy do I love the extra firmness with this added. One order worked great for two king sized pillows

I needed to replace the latex in a wedge pillow that I use at night to combat Reflux/GERD. I purchased 4 bags of wool and used all of it to replace the latex. The new wool fill resolved my problem of itching at night that the latex was causing, and my "new" pillow is even more comfortable because of the ability to adjust the filling. I hope WoolRoom will consider adding a wedge pillow to their product line!

Excellent But Not Needed!

I purchased this with my deluxe pillow in king size. Initially, I added all the extra fill but found the standard fill and firmness is perfect just like they said. So, I ended up taking all the extra fill out. But that is okay because it was either pay for shipping or snag the extra fill which basically made it free. Instead, I put the the extra fill in my small camp pillow to avoid using the inner airbag. I cannot wait to try it camping! I also forgot to mention in my pillow review that I quite enjoyed that subtle goat fur scent that seemed a little sweet on the nose. It made the first week using the pillow really enjoyable until it started subsiding. Can you make a light linen spray of this scent? I also like the smell of hay, so what can I say?

A Versatile Natural Fibre

I ended up using this to stuff some handmade pillows. I think it'd be great as stuffing for handmade teddy bears as well! I love knowing that my pillows are not full of plastic. It's also great to support English farmers.

Another “Probably Don’T Need It”

We for sure thought we’d use this after purchasing two pillows. We enjoy firm pillows-but upon arrival, we ended up taking a lot of wool out of our pillows. Wish we would’ve bought an extra cover on our original order

Probably Do Not Need It.

We bought the extra wool because we thought we might need it. We really did not. We ended up taking a lot of wool out of the original pillows. My advice is to buy an extra cover when you purchase because if you do not do it then, you have to pay for shipping for another one. We have not ordered another cover because of the really expensive shipping cost about half of the cost of the pillow cover!

V Pillow

I bought this pillow because I have struggled finding a comfortable pillow for side sleeping. This is a very comfortable, cool, snuggly pillow for sleep and propped behind me when I read in bed. The materials are high quality. After sleeping on it for several months, I decided I needed more fluff so I bought the bag of extra wool. The beauty of this pillow is you can add or subtract for a custom fit. Comes with a cute travel bag with a handle so you can take it with you. The wool also came in a cotton bag, as well, to store your extra wool. in. Highly recommended.
