    Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**

    As part of this free service, our team will:

    • Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
    • Unpack and assemble your items where required
    • Remove all packaging for recycling

    Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.

    Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.

Adjustable Wool Filling

Each Washable Wool Pillow features the unique ability to adjust the amount of wool filling inside the pillow. This allows you to create the perfect feel tailored to your sleeping style.

For a softer feel, remove some of the wool filling from the pillow which will lower the height, offering less resistance.

For a firmer feel, add an extra bag of wool filling to your order and add this into the pillow. This creates a denser, higher pillow designed to be firmer and offer even more support.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce a completely machine washable wool pillow without using some form of treatment on the fibre. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating a truly machine washable wool pillow.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

Thrilled with this Body Pillow. Bought as support while recovering from Surgery to help stop rolling over at night, during the day etc. In this heat anything comfortable with the massive bonus of natural fibres, the temperature regulating properties of wool for healing tissue is perfect. I can take out wool, floor up or pop in more wool too.

The pillow has a nice soft, padded case and it is a well-made, quality item. The filling, once fluffed back up as per the instructions, returned the basic plumpness to the pillow. I have a few other woolroom pillows so I'm aware of how they are filled and need re-fluffing from time to time. As I wanted this to support my body and not just my neck, I bought an extra bag of wool to help give it a bit more firmness. I wanted to buy the organic cotton pillow case (two in fact), but I noticed from other reviews that previous purchasers had struggled to get the pillow case to fit. As I was intending to put extra wool in, I called customer services to ask about how forgiving the allowance was in the pillow cases. I was strongly advised not to buy the case/s. I needed the body pillow so went ahead with the purchase but find it impossible to buy another pillow case that will fit. Let alone an organic one. I'm now faced with an expensive pillow that I can't use because I don't want it to spoil without the protection of a cover or two. I'm now having to look at finding a seamstress or similar to make a case for me (quite costly). I should have listened to my gut which was telling me that buying a half useful item was still not useful at all.

Quality and comfort I’m very pleased with. This replaced a synthetic and firmer item. I also got rid of a couple of entry level other brand wool pillows while I was waiting for my new ones to arrive and so choose to take a chance and sleep directly on this which normally is the pillow base for 2 single pillows. I was impressed by the comfort. I fluff this up on a daily basis. The pillow case is high quality too. These products help me to regulate my body temperature overnight as I am post menopausal. I also have pillows and a mattress protector from this brand.

What Took Me So Long To Buy One

Amazing. First, I was reassured by the size—big enough to hold you and for you to hold it. The weight is solid but not heavy, just enough to give it a great cuddle and wrap yourself around it. I didn't overheat either, and it helped regulate my body temperature. I usually can get too hot with these kinds of things. It is also great for straightening your posture. I love it, and it's now my absolute go-to bed comfort. Especially as I have had a few operations, getting comfortable to sleep can be more challenging. I am so grateful that you have made a quality product. I bought two long pillowcases and plan to look after them like it looks after me. Thank you
