Can I wash my wool duvet?

That depends on the collection. Our Washable duvets (Deluxe and Organic Washable collections) can be machine washed on a wool or delicate cycle, while our Classic duvets are dry clean only. Always check the care label before washing.

Do Woolroom duvets help with night sweats or menopause symptoms?

Absolutely. Wool naturally wicks away moisture (technically it transports moisture) and balances body temperature - making it an excellent choice for those who experience overheating or night sweats.

Does this duvet come with a sleep trial?

Yes like all filled bedding, this duvet comes with a 30 Night Sleep Trial. If you don't find you're sleeping markedly better, you can return for a refund or exchange.

How long will my duvet last?

With proper care, a wool duvet can last many years - much longer than synthetic alternatives or feather and down. Wool naturally resists dust mites and odours, and has the ability to absorb moisture at night and then release it throughout the day keeping your duvet fresher for longer.

Wool has an unrivalled ability to regulate to your fluctuating body temperature keeing you cool when it's hot, and warm when it's not. That being said, as amazing as wool is, it does have a finite capability, and therefore we offer them in 4 different weights. If you find that you sleep hot, you may be happier with a light weight, and if you sleep cold, then the warm may be better suited. The medium weight is great for most, but the safest bet for year round use would be the All Season 3-in-1 which is made up of a light and medium weight duvets that can be poppered together to create a warm (the all season is only available in Deluxe and Organic collections).

It's perfect, well made, light but with a good weight to it. I own a few wool duvets but they are too thick for this unusually warm Autumn. Decided on a woolroom light weight while it was on sale. Have not woken up too cold or too sweaty yet. As a woman in peri menopause natural material is all I will settle for. Very happy and would recommend.

Great duvet, has a bit more weight to it than our old summer duvet but that's nice. Think it is also warmer so will last longer into Autumn. But will probably be too hot in middle of summer. We are really pleased with it and it's great quality.

Our duvet was ready for delivery the next day which caught us out we delayed delivery with courier which worked fine. Not had much time under the duvet but seems to be just what we want light weight and cooler.
Now the let down the duvet is not made in the UK this brings into question is it British wool? If it is ? Not very eco to ship abroad then when made ship it back.
May have to look elsewhere for the next one.

It’s lovely and not too hot, nice switch after summer sheets. Only thing that didn’t work was the code telling me where the wool came from, I was looking forward to reading about Gladys the sheep or something…I will absolutely cope without that knowledge I am not loosing sleep as a result.
