Cela signifie que si vous avez commandé un matelas, nous n'enlèverons que votre ancien matelas et non votre sommier ou votre divan, mais si vous commandez un lit et un matelas ensemble, ce service devra être ajouté deux fois. Nous vous conseillons de ne pas retirer votre ancien matelas avant la livraison de votre nouveau matelas.

VEUILLEZ NOTER : Si nous retirons votre sommier dans le cadre de ce service, vous devrez démonter le sommier avant l'arrivée de votre livraison. Les sommiers de divan peuvent être laissés entiers et tout rangement doit être vidé avant l'arrivée de votre livraison.

The Woolly Topper is delivered by our specialist carrier within 2 - 3 weeks, subject to stock availability. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Premium Wool Mattress Toppers
Every premium mattress topper (Ryeland or Cheviot) is carefully crafted by hand and shipped to you within 7–8 weeks.
Mattresses, Beds & Headboards
Larger items are delivered using our dedicated two-man service for maximum care and convenience.**
As part of this free service, our team will:
Deliver to a room of your choice (up to the first floor)
Unpack and assemble your items where required
Remove all packaging for recycling
Please note that the Junior Mattress and Woolly topper are doorstep delivery only.
Delivery to higher floors is available for an additional charge.
For a small extra fee, we can also remove and responsibly recycle your old like-for-like item.

Mattress Recycling

At Woolroom, sustainability runs through everything we do, including what happens to your old mattress. 100% of returned mattresses are kept out of landfill, so the materials can be reused.

How our mattress recycling works

Careful collection and dismantling: When your old mattress comes back to us, our delivery partners collect it and take it to a specialist recycling centre. Each mattress is handled carefully and prepared so the materials can be recovered.
Cleaned, checked and sorted: Every mattress is checked, then taken apart by hand into separate parts. Each material is cleaned, sorted and processed so it can be reused wherever possible.
Given a second life: Every week, over 16,000 mattresses are recycled in this way. Usable materials like springs, foam and fibres are given a second life and turned into new products in other industries.

Delivery guys were friendly, prompt and chatty. New mattress taken upstairs, unwrapped and placed on bed with a check that we were happy with it. Removal of the old mattress very smooth. Well worth the small fee for this service.

It was so good to be able to have the old mattress taken away. The men were polite and well organised. They were Covid safe, and even covered their outdoor shoes. It was a huge, heavy mattress, but they weren't phased by it. Job well done.

Good, But Issues

I booked for my old mattress to be taken away, which was on the delivery notes, but they almost left without it and the drivers seemed annoyed at having to take the old one away. It's worth it to know it's being recyled, but I wish it had gone smoother.
