    Comment laver une couverture en laine

    Saviez-vous que la laine est naturellement respirante ? Votre couverture en laine évacue ainsi l'humidité qu'elle absorbe. Vous n'aurez donc pas besoin de la laver aussi souvent que d'autres textiles de maison ; elle durera aussi plus longtemps ! Cependant, si votre couverture a besoin d'être rafraîchie de temps en temps, vous pouvez simplement la laisser suspendue dehors pendant quelques heures par beau temps.

    Si vous devez nettoyer votre couverture en raison de petites taches, de taches ou autres, vous pouvez la nettoyer avec un détergent doux. Cependant, pour les articles plus volumineux, nous recommandons le nettoyage à sec : cela préservera sa beauté. Nos couvertures en laine ne conviennent pas au lavage en machine ni au sèche-linge.

    Peut-on laver un jeté en laine ?

    Oui, mais nos plaids et jetés de lit en laine doivent être nettoyés uniquement par un pressing professionnel. La laine étant une matière exceptionnelle, vous n'aurez pas besoin de la laver très souvent : secouez-la bien, brossez-la ou laissez-la sécher quelques heures à l'air libre pour lui redonner un coup de fraîcheur.

Beautiful Cellular Blanket

This is a very large beautifully made blanket with just the right lightness with warmth but as it is wool doesn’t get too hot, stays just right. It’s been perfect for these unusually chilly June 2024 nights but when the duvet would still be too much. Lovely soothing cream colour. Cat loves it too.

Light Blanket But Scratchy

I wanted a cellular blanket for use in summer and a light extra layer when needed. This blanket works well for that but is surprisingly scratchy. Definitely not a blanket to wrap around oneself but demurely sheeted.

Good But...

The double-bed blanket is generously sized but the wool isn't as soft as I'd hoped, perhaps that will happen with use and washing. A personal thing is that I really don't like the satin edging - I find it shiny, slithery and noisy. I might cut it off and blanket stitch round the edges, like the blankets of my youth

Really pleased with this blanket. It came in lovely packaging ~ in fact everything about it denotes excellent quality. Beautiful satin trim etc. I bought it to give extra heat with my duvet and it does this. The generous suzeu means that you can snuggle it round you and unlike smaller blankets it doesn't slide off the bed. I Love It

I bought this blanket in Pearl during the summer with the idea of using it with my light wool duvet in the winter as I am a hot sleeper so prefer to mix and match according to the temperature. I have started using it now in winter and I love it. Works perfectly with my duvet and I just use it when the weather is extra cold. I prefer to sleep without heating on at night and this keeps me toasty and warm without making me hot. I also love the bag it comes in so it can be stored away in the summer. It’s a design classic. Looks like a good old fashioned blanket and love the colour and the satin edges. I love Woolroom products. I have the duvet, king size pillows, mattress topper and mattress protector and have never slept better. I’m peri menopausal so the temperature control factor is really good for me.

I have the lightest Woolroom duvet, this cellular blanket that I can fold double if needed, and a colourful wool throw. This combination seems to work right through the winter and I haven’t felt too hot or cold as I used to before I switched to all wool bedding. Very happy with the products.
