FAQs
Here you can add your FAQ content.
All our wool comes from trusted British farmers. It is then shipped to best-in-class textile manufacturers in Europe and made into pillows and other bedding items. We then send these to our distribution center in Knoxville and Slat Lake City. So that, wherever you are int he United States, we make sure these are shipped as fast as possible to you.
Yes! We have a 30 day sleep trial for our wool pillows and several other wool products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. We know you'll love it though.
Our Classic Wool Pillow is not washable simply because in order to create a washable product, there is more cost involved. In order to be machine washable, wool goes through a treatment process that enables it to retain its shape and properties once washed. This is a multi-step process that is free from any chemical or synthetic additives. Making it an extensive but worthwhile benefit for our customers wanting ease of use and washability at home. Which is why we offer it as a higher price point for our Deluxe Washable and Organic Washable ranges only.
Our Deluxe and Organic Washable wool pillows can both be washed in your washing machine at home. Just take the wool filing out and place it in the calico bag you received your pillow in. Then place the cover in the washing machine. We include detailed care instructions when you receive your pillow int he mail. We also have information available in our Care Guides.
