Machine wash on a medium heat setting. Line dry or a cool tumble dry.
Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Woven from a blend of 50% organic cotton and 50% French linen flax to give you the relaxed feel of linen combined with soft, cool and breathable cotton.

Each product piece is garment dyed and stone washed after it has been cut and sewn, giving it a beautiful lived-in look that will get softer and softer after each wash. Ironing is not essential, but you can if you feel so inclined.

I ordered 4 pillow cases (two different colors) and after a week I hadn't received a confirmation of shipping so I reached out to customer service. Turns out one of the colors isn't going to be ready for THREE more weeks so they weren't going to ship anything until then and without even letting me know. If I'd known it was going to take a month to receive what I ordered, I never would have. This is my 2nd purchase with Woolroom and I had another bad experience where they sent the wrong color and refused to exchange since I opened the package. I'll never be ordering from this company again. The quality of the products is okay, but definitely not worth the price tag especially when coupled with terrible customer service.
